Taking agency and implementing healthy boundaries.
Guided meditation for strength,
Protection and setting boundaries.
Welcome to this empowering guided meditation focused on cultivating inner strength,
Setting firm boundaries and protecting your personal energy.
It is especially beneficial for those who have a toxic relationship with someone,
Feel drained by the energy of others or struggle with boundary setting in their lives.
This practice is tailored for empaths,
Victims of abuse like narcissistic abuse or individuals in codependent relationships.
Its purpose is to empower you to reclaim your personal space,
Enforce your boundaries and reinforce your innate worthiness and strength.
Begin by finding a quiet comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
Settle into a position that makes you feel grounded and at ease.
When you're ready,
Softly close your eyes.
Initiate this meditative journey by focusing on your breath.
Breathe in through your nose,
Feeling the cool air as it travels within you.
Then breathe out slowly through your mouth,
Letting go of all tension with the warm outgoing breath.
Allow your attention to move to your body.
Starting from the crown of your head,
Visualize a gentle wave of relaxation flowing down.
Feel it soothing each muscle,
Releasing tension as it cascades down of your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your face,
Moving down to your neck,
Your shoulders,
Out into your arms and all the way down to your fingertips.
As this wave of relaxation continues its journey,
Feel your chest and back relax.
Your breathing becomes deeper,
More peaceful.
The wave soothes your hips,
Your thighs,
Flowing down in your legs all the way down to your toes.
Your entire body feels relaxed,
Grounded and connected with the earth beneath you.
Now imagine yourself immersed in a serene,
Open,
Vast space.
This space signifies your personal life.
Here you have full autonomy over who and what can enter.
Before we proceed to set boundaries,
We will first focus on cleaning your energy field.
Imagine a big magical mirror in front of you that shows your energy,
Where it is blocked,
Where it is flowing freely and where it leaks.
Have a careful look at your full body in this mirror,
Remembering to look at your back,
Under your feet and arms,
Behind your knees and at the back and top of your head.
You might see it as strands of light extending from your body,
Connecting you with people and situations that may have drained your energy in the past or people that are currently upset or obsessed with you,
That fantasize about you or want something from you.
These light strings are your energetic cords.
Some might be thin like sewing thread while others are big like fire hoses draining your energy.
You are now going to cut these cords and release these attachments to cleanse and reclaim your energy.
Visualize a bright,
Sharp sword of light in your hand.
With courage and intention,
Gently cut through each cord that you see.
As you do this,
Visualize the freed energy returning to its source.
You're not losing anything,
You're merely returning what is not yours and taking back what is rightfully yours.
This practice allows for healthier,
More respectful energetic boundaries.
Feel the sense of relief,
Lightness and an increase in energy as you cut these cords.
Visualize how you are surrounded with the perfumed smoke of burning white sage that cleanses and heals all the cuts.
Then imagine a bluish-white healing light sealing each cord,
Nurturing and balancing your energy.
Now it is time to establish your protective boundary.
Visualize a radiant sphere of light like a glowing protective bubble surrounding you.
This sphere is a representation of your boundaries,
A manifestation of your self-respect,
Your needs and your well-being.
It safeguards your emotional,
Mental and physical spaces.
Embrace the warmth and safety within this sphere.
This is your sacred space,
Your sanctuary.
It is not penetrable without your permission.
Notice how empowering it feels to assert this space fully.
With your protective sphere in place,
Repeat these affirmations three times each after me.
Each one reinforcing your sphere and your personal power.
I possess the right to safeguard my personal space.
I possess the right to safeguard my personal space.
I possess the right to safeguard my personal space.
I have the courage to assert boundaries that serve my well-being.
I have the courage to assert boundaries that serve my well-being.
I have the strength to deny any intrusion into my emotional,
Mental,
Spiritual and physical health.
I have the strength to deny any intrusion into my emotional,
Mental,
Spiritual and physical health.
I have the strength to assert boundaries that serve my well-being.
I have the strength to assert boundaries that serve my well-being.
I have the strength to deny any intrusion into my emotional,
Mental,
Spiritual and physical health.
I stand strong in my power and I will not let anyone violate my boundaries.
I stand strong in my power and I will not let anyone violate my boundaries.
I stand strong in my power and I will not let anyone violate my boundaries.
I have the authority to say no when it serves me.
I have the authority to say no when it serves me.
I have the authority to say no when it serves me.
I have the authority to say no when it serves me.
As you embody these affirmations,
Visualize your protective sphere growing stronger and shining brighter.
Now,
Imagine a situation where someone is trying to cross your boundaries.
They can't get inside your sphere,
They're kept out by your radiant protective light.
Feel the sense of peace and control in knowing that you decide who gets to enter your space and who doesn't.
Now,
Picture yourself standing strong and assertive,
Looking them in the eye and saying no.
Now,
Picture yourself standing strong and assertive,
Looking them in the eye and saying no.
Feel the strength and power in asserting your boundary.
Even though it may feel uncomfortable,
Notice the sense of self-respect and dignity that comes with standing up for yourself.
With your strength and boundaries,
You can now approach challenging situations with a newfound sense of strength.
It's okay to feel discomfort when asserting your boundaries initially,
But with each instance,
It will become more natural and your sense of self-worth will grow stronger.
Before we end this meditation,
Let's reinforce our protective boundaries with a few more affirmations.
My boundaries are respected.
I am courageous and stand up for myself.
My needs and feelings are important.
I release the need to please others at my own expense.
I trust my intuition when it tells me to protect my space.
Visualize these affirmations further fortifying your protective sphere.
It shines brighter and feels more resilient.
Spend a few more moments with your protective sphere,
Feeling empowered,
Safe and secure.
Recognize that these feelings can stay with you even after this meditation is over.
And when you feel ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings and softly open your eyes.
Carry the feelings of strength,
Respect and peace into the rest of your day or night,
Knowing that your protective sphere is always with you.
Thank you.
May all beings everywhere be happy,
Peaceful and free.
Thank you.
