I created this meditation as a preparatory meditation for intuitive and psychic development workshops I host. This is the track from my Everyday Psychic course, with the intro edited out. This technique is meant to be done in a silent spot, eyes closed and in a comfortable position. If you have ambient noise it will actually benefit the section where you're asked to perceive from each ear. It's great for grounding and learning to tune in to your body, but it is ultimately a training tool for preparing to use your point of awareness in psychic information transfer.
