This is a somatic embodiment,
Spiritual meditation.
It is done standing up if you're able,
And if not,
Sit in a chair with your feet on the ground.
So you can feel into your body as much as you can.
And I will speak the meditation as if you are standing.
I invite you to be in a safe space where you can be alone.
And if you're comfortable and secure closing your eyes,
Then I invite you to close your eyes.
And if you're unsteady on your feet,
With your eyes closed,
Grab a chair to just hold on to for balance.
With your eyes closed,
Bring your awareness to the inside of your body.
Notice intensely what sound you might be hearing,
And how that's making you feel inside of yourself.
Notice the temperature of the room,
The feeling of your clothes,
And how that feels inside of you.
Notice any sensations you have in your feet.
And feel the weight of your body.
Notice the sensations you have in your knees,
Or your hips,
Or your back,
Or your belly.
Just breathe and feel into these different parts of your being.
Take a deep breath and feel as you inhale how it fills up the inside of your body.
Breathe into your belly.
Breathe into your womb space.
Breathe into your heart space.
And feel the warmth of your breath.
Oxygenating those little sparks of life within you.
And begin to gently pedal your feet,
Keeping them both on the ground,
But pedaling like you're on a bicycle,
So you're pushing off gently with the right foot,
And then gently with the left foot,
So that your whole body begins a natural swaying motion.
And see how fluid you can make yourself,
Like kelp at the bottom of the sea.
Just breathing.
And noticing the areas that don't feel as fluid,
Where it feels like there's just a little bit of congestion or tightness.
And just gently bring a little extra slow stretching movement into that place,
If it feels comfortable,
If it feels good.
And breathe into it.
And just being very gentle with yourself.
Consciously now connect your feet to the earth,
By saying,
I connect myself to the healing center of Mother Earth.
And feel the energy of our Mother going up into your feet,
Pulsing up into every cell of your body.
Breathe deeply.
And now raise your hands over your head,
And say,
I connect myself to the healing light of the Source Creator.
And take a deep breath,
And as you exhale,
Slowly pull your hands down and visualize a light,
Whatever color you see,
Surrounding you and coming down into your field.
And just relax your body and take a couple of breaths.
And you could still be gently moving or being in stillness,
Whatever feels good for your nervous system.
And now say,
With a deep breath,
I now connect to my deep self.
And let your hands come to rest on your body where you feel your deep self to be.
Breathe into that space inside of you.
And now you're going to consciously ask for your capacity to accept more light,
More love,
And more truth to be embodied within you.
Open your arms wide to accept,
And say,
I accept all the love that love has for me.
And then cross your arms and give yourself a big hug.
And just feel that hug,
Give yourself a little squeeze.
Open your arms wide again.
And this time,
I accept all the light that light has for me.
And give yourself a big hug again,
Accepting the light,
Accepting the love.
Now open your arms wide again.
And this time,
You say,
I accept all the truth that truth has for me.
And scoop that into yourself and give yourself a big hug.
And feel the capacity of your deep self,
Which is directly connected to your soul.
Feel how it lights up.
Notice the expansion that you might be feeling inside of your body.
Notice what you're experiencing inside of your body right now.
Offer yourself deep self-love and self-compassion,
Self-kindness.
Breathe into the fire of your deep self,
And ask your deep self to help you increase your capacity to accept all the love that love has for you.
And this is infinite,
Infinite love.
All there is to do is expand your capacity more and more and more to receive this love,
Because you can only receive that which you have the capacity to hold.
Open your arms wide one more time.
And say,
I accept all the love that love has for me.
And give yourself a big hug and press that love into yourself.
And this time,
Raise your arms above your head and say,
I accept all the light that light has for me.
And exhale and pull it down and really feel the light energizing inside of your body.
And press it into your heart,
Into your deep self.
And the last one,
Open your arms wide.
I accept all the truth that truth has for me.
And allow yourself to give yourself one more hug.
Allow your arms to just come to a natural rest.
And you can bring your body into stillness if you haven't already.
And just do an inquiry inside of yourself right now.
What are you noticing?
What are you feeling?
What is your inner experience?
Become aware of your feet on the ground once more.
And bring your attention back into the awareness of your room,
The temperature,
Your clothes on your body.
Give your hands a nice squeeze.
And feel free to open your eyes.
And maybe just take a moment or two to journal and jot down any insights or any feelings you noticed in your levels of acceptance.
