The Nobody and Nothing Meditation Let yourself be comfortable in your body,
Sitting in a position that allows you to relax and maybe just start with your eyes closed Let yourself come to rest in the body,
Allowing this warm,
Melting sensation inside that comes from a letting go of needing to be engaged in the mind,
In thinking,
In doing and just sink into the body as if you were sinking into a warm bath and just notice that in doing that you are shifting inside you are in some ways dropping as awareness dropping deeper into the physical body and the sensations in the body as you are leaving being engaged with the mind's thinking and what you feel emotionally so let it be a dropping like a permission to not need to do anything to be in this moment when you do that you notice things in your body maybe you notice there is tension and discomfort in some areas but allow that to just be there without being concerned about it without making it wrong or even labeling it as anything and just notice how something can be there in a different way when we don't need to label it or identify it as something so again the mind can rest because it's not needed for this meditation so however it is,
Let your body be as it is nothing to change,
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to worry about,
Nothing to do with yourself allow yourself to be free from needing to deal with you so to speak it's like relieving you of you so that all there is,
Is you as awareness rested in your body however it is in this moment and now allow yourself to drop deeper within you can imagine like you were a little pebble falling through endless depth of an ocean just allow this sense of dropping deeper,
Quieter like with less and less it's the same movement you do when you go to sleep at night but right now I'm inviting you to stay awake as you just allow yourself to drop deeper and deeper within deeper and darker but it's a warm dark,
It's a welcoming dark,
It's an embrace of something deeper within it's like a falling into the arms of something way deeper and in this it's like leaving behind the you that you are so identified with the you that keeps you busy on the surface it's like the full permission to let all that kind of gently melt away and drop back into this womb of undefined you you without anything you there with nothing you there in everything and from this depth of you you can have your awareness also including the space around your physical body so now instead of your body allow yourself to be aware of the space and let the space expand let it and you might notice how it's like you without the boundaries of your physical body you as space and you might let the space around you stretch out and include the whole room that you are sitting in notice the space above,
Beyond,
Beneath and to the sides almost like if you were this sphere and from there you can open your eyes if you like while still staying in that deep rested nothingness aware of the space and spaciousness in you and around you including everything
