Noticing the space each inhale creates within the body.
As the breath leaves your nostrils,
Noticing the breath dissolving into the space around your body.
Feeling into that space around the body.
Using your imagination,
Draw a circle of light around your body.
It might be the color of moonlight,
A star,
Sunlight.
Maybe it's made of all the colors of the rainbow.
This circle is your personal energy,
Your space of safety.
Safe for you to let go of the need to do or control anything.
A safe space for you to land,
To rest,

And experience anything that may come through for you today.
Breathing into this personal space and as you exhale,

Bringing awareness to your body laying or sitting on the surface beneath you.
Noticing each point of your back body that touches the surface.
As your body breathes in,
