This recording is for when you're inside of the experience of PEM or crash or just feeling scared and sad that what you're feeling right now might never pass.

If you have the energy you can softly repeat the affirmations that resonate with you.

And if not you can just listen and let the words wash over you.

Everything here is an invitation so you can take what fits and leave what doesn't.

You can always rest,
