Good morning and welcome to this morning meditation,
The Kuorum Morning Rise.
My name is Dany and I will guide you into a soft and powerful start of your day,
Where you open your heart and tune yourself to calmness,
Balance and intention.
Maybe you are still lying in bed or maybe you have already started your day and are now sitting,
Taking a moment just for yourself.
I invite you now to gently take the time to become aware of your posture,
Your body and the space around you.
A new day has begun,
Allow the energy of the night of your dreams to gently fade away.
A new day lies before you,
24 hours that you are free to welcome and shape.
A clean slate,
A new beginning.
How does your body feel today?
Maybe you feel fresh and well rested or maybe you still feel a little tired or heavy.
There is nothing you need to change.
Simply notice how you feel in this moment,
With soft awareness and without judgement.
Just allow everything to be exactly as it is.
If your eyes are not closed yet,
You can gently close them now.
Now,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Can you feel the movement of your breath as it flows in and out?
And there is no need to change its rhythm.
Your breath is natural and it moves all by itself.
Notice the gentle flow of your breath,
Like a soft wave moving through your body.
As you inhale,
Your body gently rises and you breathe in new energy.
As you exhale,
Softly draw your navel inward and release what you no longer need.
Stay here,
With your breath,
Here in this present moment.
There is nothing you need to do right now,
Simply be.
Now,
Bring your attention to your feet.
From your feet to your ankles,
Your lower legs,
Your knees,
Your upper legs.
Bring your awareness to your hips and feel the contact between your sitting bones and the surface beneath you.
Allow your lower body to soften and relax.
Take a deep breath into the nose,
Breathe in and exhale through the mouth.
Now,
Bring your attention to your belly and feel the soft wave of your breath moving there.
Bring your awareness to your lower back.
From your lower back to your spine and feel the line of your spine gently rising upward towards your shoulder blades.
From your shoulders down through your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Allow your upper body to soften and relax.
Take a deep breath into the nose,
Breathe in and exhale through the mouth.
Now,
Bring your awareness back upward from your hands,
Through your arms,
To your neck,
The back of your head,
The crown of your head.
Bring your attention to your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your nose and your mouth.
Now,
Let all tension in your face melt away.
Now,
Gently move your awareness down into your chest area,
Toward your heart,
Your essence,
Your center of your power.
Stay here for a moment with your beautiful heart.
Allow everything to become a little calmer,
A little quieter.
And let the calmness surround you completely.
Rest in the silence of your beautiful body.
And notice how thoughts and sensations arise and then fade away again.
Observe your thoughts,
Observe your sensations.
Simply observe from a place of calmness,
Stillness and quiet.
The safer you feel within yourself,
The more life can take care of you.
So allow yourself to soften into that trust.
If there is a place in your body that asks for attention right now,
A place that feels tired or tense,
Gently bring your breath and your loving awareness to that place.
If your mind begins to produce many thoughts,
Take a deep breath in and breathe out through the mouth.
And then remind your mind that it can trust the flow of this day.
There's no hurry.
Everything will unfold at the right time.
Right now you are allowed to simply rest in calmness and silence.
You do not have to do anything right now.
Just breathe in and breathe out.
Welcome new day.
Everything is possible today.
There's no need to force anything.
Allow things to flow.
Now I invite you to bring all your attention and focus back to your chest area,
To your heart,
Your essence.
Feel how your heart beats for you.
Allow yourself to open your heart.
Imagine how your heart slowly opens,
Opens to this new day.
And as your heart opens,
Imagine that you are breathing in and out through your heart.
With every inhale,
Your breath flows into your heart.
And with every exhale,
Your breath flows out from your heart.
Breathe in and breathe out through your beautiful heart.
In and out.
And notice how your heart becomes softer and more open.
Your heart knows exactly what you need today.
Feel what you need today in order to be the version of yourself you wish to be.
Maybe today you want to feel more energy and you want to feel strength.
Or maybe you want to feel calmness,
Ease and flow.
Maybe today you want to simply enjoy life without worries.
Or maybe you feel a desire to connect with others.
Or something entirely different.
Now ask your heart,
What do I need today?
Allow a word or a sentence to gently appear.
What do I need today?
And what do I want today?
Well,
You have your word or your sentence.
And take this word,
This intention with you into your day.
This is your day.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
And breathe in new energy.
And breathe out what you no longer need.
Thank yourself for this moment of loving attention.
Now repeat me silently or out loud.
My heart guides me.
My breath calms me.
Today is a new beginning.
I open my heart and embrace this new day.
My heart guides me.

Slowly become aware of your body again.
Gently move your fingers and your toes.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
