Take a deep,
Deep inhale through your nose,
Into your chest,
And feel it in your stomach.
Exhale.
Take another deep inhale,
And as you exhale,
Close your eyes if they aren't already closed.
Continue to breathe through your nose,
Long and deep inhales,
Soft and slow exhales.
Long and deep inhales,
Soft and slow exhales.
Fill up your chest with air,
More than normal,
And when you think you have hit that point,
Keep going,
Filling it to your stomach,
Keep going until you can't breathe in anymore,
And exhale,
Soft and slow.
And on the next inhale,
Start that breath in your belly,
Expanding and exploring as you breathe into your belly,
Up into your chest,
Out and in and out.
And now just breathe as is comfortable for you,
Soft and slow and relaxing,
Whatever works best for you.
Now imagine you are walking barefoot in the sand at an ocean.
Waves and sky surround you.
You hear the waves of the ocean crashing against the shore.
You feel the sand beneath your feet.
If you feel any worries or fears right now,
Exhale all of those worries and fears out.
Inhale safety and security,
Exhale fears and insecurity.
A light breeze drifts across your skin,
And the sun keeps you warm and comfortable as the waves sway around you.
You smell the salt air.
You see the waves coming to and fro,
Back and forth on the shoreline,
And your heart opens to this majesty.
Walk closer to the water's edge and feel the soft sand,
The cool ocean waves,
The sun just the right temperature on your skin.
Now think about who you want to be,
Where you want to be,
And go there.
It's okay.
Keep walking until you step into your dream life.
What is it that you want?
A specific home?
Wealth and abundance?
What is it that you want in your dream life?
A dream job?
A dream career?
A dream business?
Dream car?
Imagine it all.
It doesn't matter what it is.
Think about what it is you want and see yourself having it.
Feel those feelings of having it.
A slight chill sweeps across your arms as excitement fills your chest.
You continue to breathe and smile as you imagine your dream life.
You get a little excited.
Your breath gets slower and deeper as you realize it is yours.
It is normal and natural.
It is safe and joyful and you feel so much gratitude.
What does this dream look like?
What does this dream sound like?
What does this dream smell like?
What does this dream feel like?
What does this dream taste like?
Come on,
If you had your dream life,
The millions of dollars,
The home of your dreams,
What does it taste like?
And focus on those senses.
If one of them is stronger for you,
Focus on that.
And then,
Go to the one that is weaker for you and focus on that.
Doesn't it feel amazing?
See yourself in that moment.
What you would be doing in that moment.
What would you be feeling?
