I've been there. I wrote and recorded this meditation because I needed something like this when my daughter was fighting for her life in the NICU. This is for the silent drive home from the hospital when you're leaving your baby behind. For sitting in your car in the parking lot, unable to move. For collapsing at home, trying to decompress from another day of fear and waiting. For the moments when you feel like you're drowning and need someone to remind you that you're not alone. You don't have to hold it together. You just have to keep breathing. This meditation will hold space for whatever you're feeling - the terror, the exhaustion, the guilt, the grief, the hope. All of it is welcome here. I'll remind you that what you're feeling is valid, and that you have the strength to face another day. This will always be free. Share it with anyone who needs it. I send you all my love and support. You can do this. Photo by Berkan Küçükgül on Unsplash
