This is Stephanie Boxer Baum.
Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
For today's practice,
We're going to be doing an open heart,
Bring in love meditation.
This will be a really simple,
Easy reset moment for the heart.
So coming to an easy,
Comfortable position that feels good to you today,
Maybe that's laying down,
Whatever really feels good and supportive,
Choosing that meditation posture for today.
And when you're ready,
Gently closing your eyes.
And let's let the body settle a bit.
Letting go of whatever you were doing before this,
Whatever you're going to be doing after.
This time is for you.
Taking a gentle,
Deep breath in.
And a gentle exhale out.
It's checking in with how the heart and the mind are feeling today.
And knowing you do not have to change anything at all.
Just simply being here right now.
Allowing yourself to be exactly as is.
Nothing to change.
Nothing to fix.
Just this simple invitation to support yourself exactly as you are right now.
And on this next inhale in.
And a gentle exhale out.
Visualizing an open heart.
A heart that's full of love.
Full of joy.
And really sensing into where you feel that in the body.
And knowing that this sense of love and joy It's internally guided.
So it's a space that you can try to come back to anytime.
Keeping an open heart.
Filling yourself with love.
And adding in another layer.
As we begin to call in love into our lives.
Without any specific detail,
Just really breathing into this feeling of love.
How it feels in the body,
How it feels in the mind.
And adding in this phrase,
May I call love into my life.
May I call love into my life.
And we use this phrasing,
May I,
As it's a well-wishing.
No pressure,
No judgment.
Just a simple cultivation.
Of calling in love,
However that lands for you today.
So we'll stay here for this moment and I invite you to silently repeat to yourself,
May I call in love into my life.
At whatever cadence works for you.
Just simply bringing the mind back to this phrase when the mind wanders off because it certainly will.
