Welcome to the heart healing meditation.
Get yourself in a comfortable position.
Make sure your arms and legs are uncrossed.
Place your hands on your knees,
With palms facing up.
Sitting with your spine upright,
But making sure you are still in a comfortable and relaxed position,
So your body can be still for the duration of the time.
And when you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Bring your attention to the breath of the body.
Take a big inhale and exhale and again and exhale.
Feel your breath slowly and very gently going into your abdomen,
While feeling your abdomen expand.
And on your exhale,
Feel your abdomen gently relaxing and going back towards your spine.
Take another big inhale and exhale.
And again,
Inhale.
Keep your concentration on the breath of your body.
Notice your breath has a gentle continuous flow,
That doesn't stop between inhale and exhale.
Feel your breath moving through your body,
Gently cleansing and caressing you,
Filling you with love.
On each of your breath in,
Feel how you are inhaling this beautiful healing energy as a white light that cleanses and rejuvenates you.
Visualize how you are inhaling relaxation and new refreshing energy into your body.
And on each of your breath out,
Release all of the energy that's not in service with you anymore.
Releasing all of the tension,
All of your worries,
Resistance and racing thoughts.
Releasing everything that's not in alignment with you anymore.
Slow your breathing rhythm down,
Bringing it to your natural breathing rhythm.
And start to relax your body.
Begin with your crown chakra.
Feel it right above your head.
Put all of your concentration on that area.
Feel the top of your head.
Relax it.
Maybe feeling some warmth.
Maybe some tingling sensation.
Then keep going down your forehead.
Relax your forehead.
Relax your cheeks.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your eyes.
Relax the back of your head.
Relax the whole head.
Keep going down your neck.
Relax your throat chakra.
Keep going down into your shoulders.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your upper arms.
Relax your chest area.
Relax your upper torso.
Relax your lower arms.
Relax your hands and your abdomen.
Relax your back.
Relax your whole torso.
Keep going down into your hips.
Relax your hips.
Relax your thighs and your knees.
Your calves and your shins.
Relax your ankles.
Relax your feet and your soles.
Notice how your whole body became very relaxed and very heavy.
Almost as if you don't feel your body anymore.
Bring your attention to your feet.
The bottom of your feet.
Maybe there's tingling sensation there.
Maybe some warmth.
Relax.
Visualize that there are roots growing from your soles.
They keep growing down into the earth.
Deep down into the earth.
They keep growing down,
Down,
And all the way into the center of the earth.
Until they find a shining crystal in the middle of the earth.
And those roots start growing around that crystal.
Grounding you.
Holding you.
And bringing that earth energy up into your energy.
Rejuvenating,
Cleansing and replenishing you.
Bring your attention to your heart.
Place your hands on your heart.
Center your attention on the heart chakra.
Feel your heart center activate.
Feeling fully alive.
Notice your heart gently opening up.
Radiating green light.
Feel the heart center being filled with this beautiful green healing light.
Notice how that energy warms you up.
Feel that unlimited love filling your heart chakra.
Your heart center.
Feel being flooded from the inside out with this green healing light.
Notice that green light healing your heart.
Notice that light expanding.
Feeling gentle,
Warming,
Soothing sensation in the heart center.
Stay with that feeling.
Stay still and present with it.
Completely present.
There is nowhere to be at the moment.
Nothing to achieve.
Nowhere to go.
Feel the present moment.
Feel that green light flooding into your whole body.
Bring your attention back to your physical body.
Feel your head,
Your arms and your hands,
Your torso,
Your legs and your feet.
Feel your whole body.
Place your hands down and gently start wiggling your toes and your fingers.
Gently roll your shoulders backwards.
Move your head side to side and without any rush,
Taking your time,
You can open your eyes.
