Welcome to the womb love meditation.
Ah,
Head and get comfortable,
Let out a sigh,
Just setting the space,
Setting the tone.
This self love practice,
This self love experience,
Just letting go of all the stress,
All the things to do,
Everything that's happened today and everything that has to happen later today or tomorrow.
Setting that aside and just letting it all go with a sigh.
Rolling your shoulders back,
Loosening up the neck,
Neck rolls and get comfortable.
You can do this seated or lying down,
Making sure your spine is straight,
Placing your hands in a downward facing triangle over your womb with your thumbs meeting at your belly button.
Close your eyes when you're ready and take a few deep long breaths here,
Holding at the top of the breath.
Inhale through the nose,
Hold at the top for as long as you can.
Imagining all of the stress and the tension in your body building up.
You're ready,
Letting it go with a sigh.
Another inhale,
Deep,
Full lungs,
Holding at the top for as long as you can.
Really letting go with a sigh,
An audible sigh,
Allowing yourself to express with your vocal cords.
Another inhale,
Hold at the top and release,
Letting that go.
Now just doing a quick body scan to see if there's anywhere in your body that you might be holding tension.
Relaxing the top of your head,
Eyebrows,
Your jaw,
Maybe opening and closing your jaw and loosening it up.
Relaxing your tongue,
Relaxing your shoulders.
Feeling your heart melt down into your womb,
Feeling a warmth travel.
Relaxing your belly,
Letting your belly hang out.
Relaxing your back,
Getting some stretches here if you need.
Maybe some neck rolls,
Shoulder rolls,
Little seated cat cow.
Continuing on down,
Relaxing your pelvic floor,
Relaxing your knees,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
Your feet.
Taking a deep,
Deep breath,
Filling your lungs with new energy,
Releasing all of that tension.
Rub your two hands together to generate some heat and then place them back over your womb,
Sending your womb,
Visualizing this space.
Feel your belly button hold so much energy that has so much power and so much potential that can literally birth spirit into this realm.
Also metaphorically birthing ideas from this space.
So we need to regularly cleanse this space and send our womb love in order to create from a place of alignment.
So now just focusing on your womb,
Just notice how she feels.
Notice what the quality of the energy is here.
Another deep breath in,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Sending love from your heart chakra,
From your heart center down into your womb.
And now starting to visualize water pouring down into your crown,
All the way down your body and into your womb.
On the exhale,
The water begins to spin like a vortex inside your womb,
Cleansing and clearing any dark spots,
Any stagnant energy,
Any negative energy that isn't serving you.
Starting to clear and loosen that up.
Every swirl around your womb,
That water is clearing up stagnant energy,
Old trauma,
Emotions,
Other people's energetic imprints.
This water is swirling around and clearing.
Inhale faster and faster,
Swirling around and around.
Exhale,
Cleansing and clearing every single nook and cranny inside your womb,
Cleansing that energetic womb space.
Take another deep,
Deep inhale,
Filling your lungs as fully as you can.
And on the exhale,
Visualize that water coming down through your root,
Pouring out of your root and into the earth.
And the earth transmutes all of that energy into vibrant,
Pure,
White light.
Inhale,
Breathing in that beautiful,
Vibrant,
White light in through your root and up into your womb space.
Now visualizing that white light filling your womb.
On the inhale,
It gets bigger and bigger.
On the exhale,
It gets brighter and brighter.
Inhale,
Bigger and bigger.
Now emanating from your womb.
Exhale,
Brighter and brighter.
Shining a light on any darkness that was once in your womb.
Bringing anything to light that needs to be recognized.
Now sitting with your womb,
Noticing what came up and expanding on it in your journal when you're done with this meditation.
And to close out the meditation,
Just send your womb love,
Telling her,
I love you.
Thank you.
