Grand Rising,

Welcome to this short but sweet morning self-love ritual.

Every day is a new opportunity to change your vibration and the way you show up in the world.

Rise up and welcome this new day with refreshed energy and inspiration.

Let's start by taking five deep cleansing breaths.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Inhaling deeply.

Exhaling fully.

Breathing in new energy,

New life,

A new day and breathing out anything that doesn't belong here today.

Another deep breath in through the nose,

Filling your lungs with vibrant new life and breathing out anything that isn't serving you.

Breathing in fully,

New life,

New energy and breathing out old stories,

Anything that doesn't belong.

One more big full breath in and letting go of what no longer serves your highest good.

Beginning to feel an excitement for this new day ahead of you.

Take your water and place your gratitude,

Your excitement into this cup,

This glass of water.

And drink these beautiful intentions into your body,

Hydrating yourselves with this vibrant life form.

And settling in,

Either seated or lying down,

Giving yourself a warm embrace,

Loving yourself.

And tuning into a feeling of gratitude for this new day.

Take another deep breath in,

Turning your awareness inwards and doing a scan of the body,

Starting at the top of your head.

And your awareness turns into a beautiful golden ball of light at the top of your head,

Your crown chakra.

And allowing that awareness,

That golden ball of light to slowly travel down into your face,

Your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

Your third eye,

Your nose,

Your mouth.

Your cheeks,

Your tongue,

Your jaw.

Breathing as this golden ball glides down into your throat chakra,

Melts away any tension in your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your upper back.

And seeing this beautiful golden ball of light traveling down into your heart center,

Melting away any tension here.

Melting away any tension in your back,

Your arms,

Your fingers.

And seeing this golden ball of light rolling down your spine,

Melting away any tension as it rolls down into your core,

Releasing your belly.

And noticing your back,

Your mid back,

Your lower back,

Bringing the awareness,

The golden ball of healing light down into your energetic womb,

Your sacral chakra,

Your pelvic bowl.

And noticing what's present here.

Seeing this ball glide down through your hips,

Down into your thighs,

Your knees,

Rolling down your calves,

And into the balls of your feet,

And into the earth.

And for a moment,

Noticing how you feel.

Breathing,

Observing,

Noticing what's present,

And channeling the groundedness of Mother Earth,

Knowing that you are always held and supported by her.

Bringing this grounded,

Calm,

Centered feeling into your day.

And now welcoming this new day and all of the abundance that will flow in and out of you.

Welcoming in a beautiful new day full of endless possibility.

And now you can say aloud or in your head,

I embrace myself as I am where I am.

I embrace myself as I am where I am,

While also making space for the new version of me.

Thank you to all old versions of myself.

I welcome in all emotions as if each one is an old friend knocking at my door.

Thank you for this new day.

Thank you for this life.

Thank you for the sun.

Thank you for the birds,

The trees,

The rain,

The joy,

The pain,

And all of the challenges that arise to help me become a better version of myself.

You can state out loud or in your mind some things that you are grateful for.

And when you're ready,

Inviting in some gentle movement,

Breathing,

Maybe inviting in some shoulder shrugs,

Some neck rolls,

Side stretches,

Or twists.

Maybe some seated cat cow,

Really moving your body.

Inviting in a wild stretch,

Just intuitively feeling what wants to be stretched and moved in your body right now.

And then you can say aloud,

I embrace myself as I am where I am where I am,

And then you can say aloud,

I embrace myself as I am where I am where I am,

And then you can say aloud,

I embrace myself as I am where I am,

And then you can say aloud,

I embrace myself as I am where I am,

And then you can say aloud,

I embrace myself as I am where I am,

I embrace myself as I am where I am,

And then you can say aloud,

I embrace myself as I am where I am,

And then you can say aloud,

I embrace myself as I am where I am,

And then you can say aloud,

I embrace myself as I am where I am,

Giving your ears a little love,

Your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Massaging out any tension in your jaw,

Your neck,

Your shoulders.

You can also invite in some womb massage if that's within your practice.

Anywhere that deserves your attention and intention.

Continuing to breathe,

And bringing a sense of love and gratitude to your body,

Your beautiful body that does so much,

That holds on to so much,

And that has been here with you from the very beginning.

Give your body some love,

Give yourself a hug,

And if you'd like to stay seated,

You can,

Or you can come to standing,

And shake out the body.

If you're seated,

You can shake out your arms,

Move your head from side to side,

Give yourself a little wiggle,

Creating some energy,

Creating some spaciousness in the body,

Shaking out any tension that doesn't belong,

Shaking out anything you might be holding onto that no longer needs to be held onto,

So that you can walk into this new day with clear,

Fresh,

New energy,

Ready to receive all of the abundance that is headed your way.

Have a beautiful day.

Thank you for joining me.

I feel grounded, but energised in my body. Has wonderful techniques spread throughout, without focusing too much on any of them, the shaking of the body at the end was wonderful to shake off the stagnant energy and feelings of stuckness in the body. Thank you kindly, sending love and light πŸ«ΆπŸ™
