Relax meditation.

Get comfortable.

Lie down with your spine straight.

And if lying down isn't an option for you,

You can sit down with your spine straight.

Close or cover your eyes.

If you're sitting down,

You can put your hands facing down on your knees.

And if you're lying down,

You can put your hands on your sides.

When you're ready,

Take three deep cleansing breaths in through the nose and release out of the mouth with a sigh.

Inhale,

Breathing in fresh new energy.

And exhale,

Release all the tension you might be holding.

Inhale,

Breathing in a deep full breath of air.

And exhale with a big sigh releasing.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Let go of any judgments or mental chatter.

And let your thoughts pass through your mind like clouds in the sky.

Let go of any thoughts of the past,

Anything that has happened,

Situations that bother you.

Let go of any of the future plans.

This time is for you to go within.

You don't have to be anywhere but here.

Right here,

Right now.

There's no one to answer to.

There's nothing you have to do.

Just be here now,

Breathing.

Inhale deeply and hold at the top.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And release all the tension that you might be holding.

Take another deep breath in as far as you can and hold at the top.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And release all that no longer serves you.

Let go.

Feel a warm sensation wash over your body.

Bring your attention to the top of your head.

Relax your scalp.

Relax all the tiny muscles in your face.

Relax your forehead and your eyebrows.

Relax your cheekbones,

Your jaw.

Relax your tongue.

Let your tongue drop down and maybe let your lips part.

Relax your neck.

Relax your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands.

Relax your upper back,

Your mid-back and lower.

Breathing in and out through your nose,

Relax any tension in your hips,

Thighs,

Knees and calves.

Let the tension melt away.

And then bring your attention to your feet.

Relax your feet.

Relax your toes.

Send love and gratitude to your feet.

They do so much for us.

Feel a warm healing energy swirling in your feet.

Let that energy rise up through your legs,

Your back,

Your core,

Your heart,

Your neck,

Your throat,

Up through your crown.

And just breathe here for a moment.

Notice how you feel.

If you feel tension anywhere in your body,

Inhale and release it with the exhale.

Feel yourself melt into the earth.

Allow your thoughts to flow in and flow out without holding onto them.

Feel okay with the stillness of this present moment.

Feel okay with not having to do anything or answer to anybody at this moment.

Just be here now,

Breathing.

If your thoughts keep arising,

Just bring your attention back to your breath.

Back to the sensation of the ground beneath you,

Holding you up,

Supporting you.

Allow yourself to feel that support throughout your day.

Allow yourself to come back to your breath and exhale any tension throughout the day.

Inhale deeply and slowly through the nose.

Deep full breath and exhale slowly out of your nose.

Feel at peace.

Inhale deeply and slowly through the nose.

Exhale deeply and slowly out of your nose.

Now start to come back into the room.

Start to come back into your body.

Maybe wiggle your fingers and toes.

You can rub your hands together,

Generate some heat.

Put your hands over your eyes.

Feel that warmth seeping into your eye sockets.

Inhale deeply.

On the exhale,

Drop your hands back down and open your eyes.

Remember you can always come back to this place no matter where you are,

No matter what you're going through.

You can always come back to your breath.

You can always come back and feel safe in your body.

You can always feel supported.

I hope this meditation helped.
