In this track, you will be guided to imagine yourself in a place in nature where you have felt great happiness. Take a few deep breaths to relax and release your body tension. Cover your eyes and your body, this will help block out any distractions. If you have a hard time quieting your thoughts, imagine blackness in your mind, nothing but seeing black. If you find it difficult to visualize, think to yourself, thank your ego for keeping me safe, I know this is not real (your ego will allow you to proceed). Please keep in mind, that this is my first time recording myself, but I hope you are able to meet your Power Animal and enjoy the Journey.

Grand Rising Soul Seekers,

My name is Nev and today I will be your guide on a shamanic journey to meet your power animals.

In shamanism you travel through your mind to different realms in the universe.

There's the lower world,

The middle world and the upper world.

We'll begin by starting in a place of nature.

I want you to imagine where you've been in real life,

Somewhere that is serene to you and calming.

Imagine yourself in that place whether it's by water,

In a meadow,

Sitting by a tree,

Playing on the beach.

It's your choice.

Choose a spot in nature that resonates with you where you've been and I want you to imagine yourself there.

Before we take this journey I would like you to find something to cover your eyes with and a blanket to keep you warm during this journey.

During this journey I will be drumming for you.

We will start with a regular drumbeat.

When it's time to come back I will announce it's time to come back.

Say thank you to your spirit animal,

Your power animal and retrace your steps from where you began and listen to the different changes of the drum tone to come back.

This will be the change in drumbeat and when it comes time to close I will close with and that's when you'll know that the journey has ended.

Please have a piece of paper and something to write with,

Pen or pencil,

So that you can write down whatever you see.

Now for you to recognize that this animal is your power animal you should have three occurrences within your journey for that animal to come and greet you.

It could be a vision,

It could be a smell,

It could be a sound,

It could be felt.

For example when I met my power animal it began with eyes shifting and then eagle eyes were looking right at me and then I was flying behind my eagle and then the last occurrence is I saw my eagle dive down and grab a fish from the ocean.

That's how I knew that the eagle was my power animal.

Some have experienced feathers,

Some have experienced scratching on their skin,

Some have experienced sense of scent or a mouth breathing on them.

Whatever that may be,

If you have three occurrences of the same type of animal then that will be your power animal and then you can acknowledge your power animal.

While you are in meditation I want you to start in a laying down position.

Allow your mind to relax.

If you find it hard to relax I want you to imagine seeing blackness in your mind and then from blackness I want you to picture yourself in nature.

When you're in nature I want you to stand in a spot and the intention I want you to say in your mind is I intend to meet my power animal.

Power animal please reveal yourself to me and so we shall begin.

Ready?

Pause this audio if you need to get a blanket and something to cover your eyes with.

It works best if you block out all distractions and that's what covering your eyes will do.

Once you are ready to begin,

Unpause this audio and join us.

Now it's time to come back.

Make sure you thank your power animals for introducing themselves to you and retrace your steps back to where you started.

At this time it would be great for you to open your eyes give it a stretch and then you can write down what you saw,

What you felt,

What you heard.

Make sure you write down the date so that you remember this just in case anything else comes up in the future and it makes sense to you.
