Guided Shamanic Journey To Communicate With Power Animal
Now that you've met your power animal, let's take a journey to communicate with your power animal. You can ask it for a name, you can ask it what totem it would like you to get to remember that it is with you and guiding you daily, you can ask it when it has helped you in your life, you can ask your power animal anything you would like. You can also just sit with it and connect in a silent way. You can ask your power animal to show you where it lives, the possibilities are endless. This is your journey, you take charge of it. Remember, if you are having a difficult time with brain chatter, imagine blackness in your mind, and if you feel you can't imagine, acknowledge your ego and tell it "I know it's not real but I would like to try". Your ego will step aside and allow you to go on the journey. Cover your eyes and your body to minimize distractions around you. Use headphones to hear the audio clearly. I will guide you into the Journey with my voice and drum.
