Welcome,
Dear wine.
To this journey to return back to your inner garden.
This is a sacred place that supports you going within to bring seeds of your intentions.
Your hopes,
Your dreams to plant them here in this place.
It is also a place where you can come to cleanse and clear.
Oaths,
Contracts,
Vows,
Anything that's happening in your life that feels heavy,
That's really difficult to deal with in the physical,
You can bring it here to this place within you.
And it will support you in being able to let go of it energetically so it lightens the load in the physical.
So come to a comfortable seat or lying down.
Allow yourself to just be present with what is happening within your body.
Notice any place where you feel tension or tightness.
Notice if your mind is wandering.
Just allow yourself to be with what is happening within you.
And if you're coming here to support yourself in moving through something big,
Just allow yourself to soften into this experience with your breath.
So first noticing your breath,
Noticing where your breath is in your body.
Noticing if it's shallow.
And if it is,
That's okay.
That's why you're here,
To allow yourself.
To be more purposeful.
And intentional with your breath and your body.
So breathing in through the nose.
And out through the nose.
Just allowing yourself to bring that breath in.
A little bit deeper into the body if it was shallow.
And breathing in through the nose.
And out through the nose,
Allowing that breath to drop down into your diaphragm or your belly.
And on the inhale,
Feeling the belly and ribs expand.
And on the exhale,
Feeling them draw towards the spine.
Allowing yourself to just notice what you're feeling.
Notice anything that's happening within your body.
And bringing that breath.
With the intention of softening any sensations that are uncomfortable.
Into that place.
And now breathing in through the nose.
And out through the nose and sighing,
Releasing and letting go of the day.
Releasing and letting go of what has been.
Giving yourself a couple more chances to inhale and exhale with a sigh.
Allowing the gem beads.
To move down through your ears.
Down into any place in the body that feels like it needs extra support.
Continuing to breathe in through the nose.
And out through the nose.
Let your beautiful body be oxygenated.
With your breath.
Allow yourself to notice the way that your breath supports your body and holds your body.
The way it moves.
Any tension or discord.
Or simply moves.
Your awareness through your body.
And now bringing your intention.
What is your intention for traveling down to connecting with your sacred garden?
Today.
It can be as simple as just wandering and looking around.
Or I'm just curious.
Or it could be coming here with the intention.
Of weeding.
And releasing things.
And so whatever intention comes forward first,
Whatever you hear,
Feel,
Or know,
And maybe you're having a hard time figuring that out.
Let go of the figuring.
You don't have to figure it out.
When we come here,
Oftentimes we'll just know once we arrive in the garden what we're here for.
Or it will just be revealed.
And so trust yourself.
And trust the process.
So closing your eyes if you haven't already.
Allowing yourself.
To journey.
Feeling yourself move down.
Deeper down.
Down through the fertile soil.
Down through the bedrock.
And as you move through the bedrock,
Maybe you're beginning to see roots or feel.
The roots of the trees above you.
Continuing to move down.
Down.
Deeper down.
Down into the crystalline caverns and caves of the earth.
Traveling into your inner landscape.
Down into the core of the earth.
Maybe you're beginning to hear some water.
A babbling brook,
A raging river.
A lake.
Smooth as glass.
Allowing yourself to come visualize this water.
What does this water look like?
What does it feel like?
What sensations are moving through you as you're coming closer to this water's edge?
Can you allow yourself to release and let go of any tension?
Old stories,
Beliefs,
Anything about water that hasn't felt supportive or kind in the past.
Let this water be a supportive,
Nurturing space for you to come.
Connect to travel.
To release.
And so with the intention of moving to your inner garden,
You step into the waters.
And you allow yourself to lie down.
To be supported and held by the waters.
And as you lie here,
Allowing anything that has felt tense or stressful or heavy.
Anything that has weighed on your body or on your mind.
Allow this to be released.
Surrendered.
To the waters.
Remember,
We are water.
A big part of us is water.
Our cells are made up of water.
And so allowing these waters to go all the way in through the body.
Into the cellular level,
Into the DNA,
The RNA,
In through the body,
Carrying out anything that has created stress or discomfort in your life lately.
And as these waters begin to float you and carry you downstream,
You feel and allow,
You give permission to the waters to clear that which has been.
As they carry you downstream.
Deeper down.
And you find yourself landing upon a sandy shore.
The sand feels warm and supportive upon your back.
You can feel it pulling that which was heavy from your body as the water continues to just lapse over your body in a way that feels supportive,
Gentle,
And relaxing to you.
Now you allow your physical body to stay in this rested,
Relaxed state here,
Unwinding.
And your spirit body.
It stands.
Noticing the landscape before you,
Where are you?
What does it look like?
And if you feel called to move through this place that you've landed,
Just allow yourself to float.
Allow yourself to move with grace and ease.
Noticing what you notice.
Asking to see what your inner landscape looks like.
And if this is your first time here.
Maybe there's weeds everywhere.
Maybe it's a desert.
Knowing that the more you come here,
The more you can shift this inner landscape.
And as you shift,
Your inner garden begins to shift as well.
And so knowing this,
Just allowing yourself to feel supported and protected in this space.
Calling on an ally.
An ancestor,
An animal.
Come walk beside you,
Support you in feeling supported.
In exploring this new space.
And just allow yourself to be here,
To wander around.
To notice if there's lush gardens or trees,
Notice if it's a desert,
Notice if it's daytime,
Nighttime.
Allow yourself to notice any colors or sensations or feelings that come to you when you come here.
And just allow yourself to observe.
Maybe there's an intention that you came here with.
Something you get to plant,
Something you get to clear.
Just allowing yourself to be here in this garden.
Knowing that you have Oh.
Will and choice over what you get to create here.
And if it feels haunting or heavy in this space,
Just call for extra support.
Ask for the angels.
Ask for any beings that you've worked with.
And the ant healed ancestors.
To come help you weed this garden.
Help you cleanse this land,
Help you clean your inner space.
This is your inner temple,
Your inner sanctum.
Just allow yourself to be here.
With the drum.
No.
Bringing to completion.
Your time here at the garden.
You feel the waters calling you,
Calling you back home.
Back to your body.
And you come back to the waters.
You allow yourself to lie down in these waters.
And you let these waters carry you again.
Floating back.
You Coming up to the side drop.
Back through the fertile soil.
Into the space back into your body.
In full remembrance of your experience in your inner garden.
And know that you can be guided back here at any time.
With the gem bead.
Visit as often as you would like.
Plant seeds for your intentions.
For the season.
And just allow yourself to reconnect with this.
Beautiful sacred place within you.
