By being here,
You've decided to open yourself to an alternative experience today,
One fueled by gratitude and abundance.
Before we begin,
Let yourself settle into a comfortable seat,
But if that's not possible and you need to continue moving,
That's okay too.
Take a deep intentional breath in through the nose and on the exhale sigh the breath out through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply.
And sigh it out loud.
Now allow your shoulders to soften.
And then soften a bit more.
Let's begin.
I will share an affirmation and you may repeat it out loud or silently to yourself.
I am grateful for the sun to rise again.
I welcome the quiet moments of peace that await me.
I am open to the joy I will discover today.
I am grateful for my soft and strong heart.
I welcome the gentle pauses and transitions of my day.
I am open to the challenges that build my resilience today.
I am grateful for the abundance and beauty waiting for me.
I welcome the natural ebb and flow of my energy today.
I am open to the possibilities of my life.
I am grateful to be here today.
