Welcome to this guided sleep meditation.

Allow yourself to unwind and prepare for a restful night's sleep.

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and take a moment to become aware of your breath.

Feel the air as it enters and leaves your nose.

Now,

We're going to do a quick and simple breathing technique.

Breathe in slowly through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold for a moment,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in slowly through your nose,

And breathe out slowly through your mouth.

Repeat this process a few times on your own,

Each time allowing your breath to become slower and deeper.

As you breathe in,

Feel the cool air entering your nostrils and traveling down into your lungs.

As you exhale,

Notice the warmth of the breath as it leaves your body,

Carrying away any tension or stress.

On your next inhale,

Bring your attention to your feet.

As you exhale,

Imagine your feet becoming heavy and relaxed.

Move your attention to your calves.

Feel them becoming heavy and relaxed as you breathe in and out,

And then your thighs.

Breathe into them,

Becoming heavier and heavier.

Moving upwards through your body,

Into your abdomen,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Down your arms,

All the way to your fingertips.

Move your attention back up your arms to your shoulders.

Feel your neck becoming more and more relaxed,

And finally your head.

Feel the weight of your head as it rests softly on your pillow.

Feel each part of your body releasing tension and becoming completely and totally relaxed.

With every breath,

Allow this feeling of relaxation to deepen,

Spreading warmth and comfort throughout your entire being.

Now that your body and mind are calm,

Let's embark on a visualization journey.

Picture yourself standing before a beautiful,

Ornate gate with lush,

Green forestry behind it.

This gate leads to a secret garden,

A place known only to you.

Notice the intricate designs on the gate,

Some flowers and vines entwined in the metalwork.

You slowly push the gate open and step inside.

Feel a sense of joy and comfort as you enter this special place,

Knowing that it is a sanctuary created just for you.

As you enter into the garden,

Take in the sights,

Sounds,

And scents all around you.

The air is fresh and fragrant,

Filled with the aroma of blooming flowers.

You hear the gentle rustling of the leaves and the distant sound of a bubbling brook.

The sunlight flares through the trees,

Casting spotted shadows on the ground.

Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in this serene environment,

Allowing all of your senses to absorb the beauty and splendor of the garden around you.

Notice the vibrant colors of the flowers,

The reds,

Yellows,

Blues,

And purples.

Feel the soft grass beneath your feet.

You see butterflies dancing from blossom to blossom,

And birds chirping harmoniously in the branches above.

As you wander,

Explore the various nooks and crannies of this magical place.

Discover hidden pathways,

Secret corners,

And delightful surprises that bring joy and serenity into your heart.

As you explore,

You find a cozy spot to rest on a soft patch of grass beside a tranquil pond under an ancient tree.

Lie down in this spot,

Feeling completely safe.

Allow yourself to sink into the comfort and tranquility of this resting place,

Knowing that you are surrounded by the loving,

Peaceful energy of the garden.

Allow yourself to connect deeply with the nature around you.

Feel the gentle breeze upon your skin,

And listen to the soothing sounds of the garden as you breathe in the fresh,

Fragrant air.

As you do,

Imagine that the garden is absorbing any remaining tension from your body.

Feel yourself becoming lighter,

More relaxed,

And at one with your serene surroundings.

Visualize the energy of the garden flowing into you,

Filling you with a sense of harmony and well-being.

You can remain in this peaceful spot,

Or let yourself wander around the garden.

Imagine whatever you feel like.

If your thoughts start to drift,

Gently bring them back to the garden and the sense of calm that it provides.

Imagine that with every inhale,

And with every exhale,
