Hello and welcome to a mind-body-soul guided meditation experience.
Find yourself a quiet space.
Get rid of any distractions and let's begin.
And let's begin by dropping into the body.
So notice yourself sitting on the surface that you're sitting on.
Notice the cushion beneath you.
Notice the weight of your body making contact with whatever you're sitting on.
And become aware of the weight of your body.
Notice that you are taking up space and that your body has mass to it.
Notice any sensations that come up in your body.
Notice your breath as the air enters and leaves your body.
Notice the sensation and the temperature of the oxygen coming in and out through your nose and mouth.
Become aware of all the different processes that are happening simultaneously inside your body.
The blood flowing throughout your veins pumping from the heart.
Your organs all doing their job simultaneously in unison and harmony without you even having to intentionally make it so.
All the different muscles being stretched and flexed to hold you in your position.
The water in your eyes,
In your mouth.
Become aware of your hair and your nails growing ever slow,
Slightly.
Notice this amazing item existing in space called the body.
And see if you can step back from identifying with your body.
And just become aware of the body.
See how it feels to relate to your body as the body.
Breathe into that space.
And as you stay with the awareness of the body,
It becomes clear that you are not your body.
Rather you are the one that's aware of the body that exists where you are.
Start to rest in that space of awareness.
I'm moving on from the body,
Moving to the mind.
Notice what you might be thinking right now.
Notice the location of your mind.
Where are your thoughts?
You might be sensing it somewhere behind your eyes.
In your head somewhere.
Notice that space where your thoughts exist.
And notice any thoughts that might be coming up.
And any thoughts that might be coming up.
Say hello to them.
Don't resist them.
Simply watch them.
Watch your thoughts as they come and go like clouds in the sky,
Just passing by.
As you step back even further into your awareness and notice that you are not your thoughts.
And you're not your mind.
Rather you have a mind or you get to experience the mind.
So similar to the body,
Let's see what it feels like to relate to your mind as the mind.
Notice that you are not the mind,
But you are the one watching the mind.
You're aware of the mind.
Notice the sensations as we step back further into your awareness.
Let's spend some time in the sensation and the location of you.
So beyond the body,
Beyond the mind,
There you are.
See if you can locate the sensation of I.
The sensation of you.
Where are you when you say I am?
Now you might be sensing the I am similarly to your mind somewhere behind your eyes and your head,
Maybe right above your head or outside of your body.
Let's play around with the magic of the self for a second.
As you bring yourself now to the house you grew up in.
Imagine yourself sitting in the living room of the house you grew up in.
Now you can instantly be right there noticing what's in that room.
You can see what it looks like.
You might even know what it smells like and notice any sensations that come up as you transport yourself into that room.
And now just as easily and just as quickly transport yourself to a place you once went on vacation.
Maybe it's the beach,
Maybe it's a lake,
Maybe it's a hotel.
Pick a specific spot that you've been on vacation and how you can instantly transport yourself there.
And breathe into that place and notice any sensations in your body or your mind,
Any thoughts or memories that come up and remember that you're just watching those things come up.
And just as quickly and easily from that place it might be far away in another country.
I invite you to transport yourself now to your car.
Wherever it may be,
Transport yourself right into your vehicle right now.
And notice how quickly you can just be in your car now noticing any sensations that might come up.
The smell of your car,
The feel of your car,
The colors,
And you know exactly where it is and how to get there right now.
And one more time I invite you to go from your car,
Zoom all the way out,
Blast off into outer space.
Imagine yourself all the way up in outer space looking down at the world.
And you see the world beneath you like a blue and green marble just floating in outer space.
And notice how quickly and effortlessly you can transport yourself into outer space.
Way beyond the atmosphere,
Just watching earth beneath your feet.
Now looking down at the earth when I say go,
We're going to transport and settle right back into the body.
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
And find yourself right back here,
Right in your body.
Notice the sensation of your eyelids in front of your eyeballs.
Notice the sensation of the cushion beneath you.
Coming back into this present moment,
Into the body,
Into this form.
And spend some time in the awareness of awareness and how you just brought your awareness to all the different aspects of who you are.
You felt your body,
You witnessed your thoughts,
And you experienced the magic of the ability to transport yourself to anywhere at any time instantly.
And remember that you are the awareness of all of that.
You got to experience all of that.
All of that was an experience inside of your awareness.
And whenever you want,
You can drop deep into the sensation of awareness and step back from identifying with either one of the parts of you and witness it from a place of expansion.
And slowly come back to your body,
Open your eyes,
Come back to the room.
Notice how you feel in your body.
Do you feel warm,
Cold,
Light,
Heavy?
I invite you to take this space of deeper awareness into your day and into your life to know that you are much bigger and faster than your immediate experience.
And everything lives inside this space of deeper awareness of light and love.
