She has since maintained her meditation practice continuing her growth at the local South Florida BK Centers. She has also gained knowledge and explored skills focused on stress management, psychotherapy, and meditation methods in general. She’s a writer, and amateur chef and traveled around the world in the aviation industry. Shudi is an acronym for show up differently; therefore she hopes to inspire those new to meditation to do just that. The baobab tree she features symbolizes resilience, strength, and endurance.
