Regenerating resilience begins with you focusing on you, and not the story. Building resilience can allow for long term reserves. If you have been caught up with pressures for too long, it's time to remind yourself who you are. You have a choice when faced with a response to situations. Show up differently.

Hello.

Welcome.

Thank you so much for being here.

Today,

You're regenerating your resilience.

As you continue to practice observing your thoughts regularly,

You become more aware of your reactions.

How you behave in response to situations is always your choice.

You have the power to be and remain resilient to the people and events around you.

Do you believe that?

Well,

Today,

You're here for it.

Today,

You're reminding yourself that you are resilient.

Pressure divided by resilience equals stress.

When you build your resilience,

Pressure decreases and thereby eliminating stress.

Let's check in.

If you are not sitting down with your feet planted on the ground,

Do so now.

Let's begin.

Keep your eyes open.

Take a big inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4.

Hold.

Deep exhale for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Let's do that again.

This time,

Take a deep inhale for 1,

2,

3.

Hold.

And let's do a deep exhale for 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Lower your chin.

Let your gaze fall to where the floor and wall meet.

Release your tongue off the roof of your mouth.

Let's take a big inhale for 1,

2,

3.

Hold.

And a long,

Deep exhale for 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Big inhale.

Then a deep exhale.

Breathe normally.

Observe your thoughts about today or something that occurred recently that destabilized you.

Did you have to get angry or absorbed?

Was it helpful?

Regenerating resilience begins with you focusing on you,

Not the story.

The more energy you give the story,

Event,

Or person,

Your resilience decreases and thereby increasing your stress levels.

Focusing on you and not the story provides a solution.

How would you like to be?

Resilient?

Strong and peaceful?

Every day,

Start with taking care of your thoughts and supporting your stability.

Encourage positive new qualities.

You are resilient.

Plant loving thoughts to face any situation.

You are strong.

You are resilient.

Be mindful of triggers if you catch them before responding or absorbing.

Various pressures have built up over time and you've been caught up with so much that you've forgotten.

You've forgotten that at one point in your life you were resilient.

Today you're regenerating that power.

Resilience can be built so you can have long-term reserves.

Tomorrow you'll be better and the day after that even better and so on.

I invite you to be still,

My friend.

You are the creator of your thoughts.

Create a positive thought.

We can highlight the quality of being resilient.

Say,

I choose to be resilient.

I am resilient.

Allow that energy to flow outward.

Take a big inhale.

Then a deep exhale.

Experiment checking in with your thoughts regularly.

Remind yourself throughout the day,

I am resilient.

Well done.

You're showing up differently.
