Meditation is the art of letting go of everything except what's truly important.

Why are you meditating?
The deep inner power you attain through meditation is not being dependent on things or people for your happiness and peace.
Are you ready for that?
You can choose your emotional health.
You are a powerful being.
You're taking the responsibility to watch your thoughts for a few minutes a day and you're starting right now.
Sitting here,
What are your thoughts?
Are they helpful?
Then I invite you to be still,
My friend.
You are the creator of your thoughts.
Let's create a positive thought.
We can highlight emotional health.
Say,
I choose to be emotionally healthy.
Healthy.
Let's say that again.
I choose to be emotionally healthy.
I am emotionally healthy.
Allow that energy to flow outward.
