Thank the universe or your higher power for another beautiful day in the land of the living.
You woke up this morning with so many wonderful things to be grateful for in your life.
Bring a smile to your face as you think of at least five things you're grateful for at this present moment.
Keep smiling as you continue to name the things that you're grateful for.
Your heart,
Nature,
Water,
Family,
Your mind to think and those are just a few things.
Today is a remarkable day and you control the outcome of your day.
Will everything go according to plan?
No.
So be willing to pivot,
Have fun,
And find the good in your day.
Bring your thoughts to the present moment by breathing in and out for a few seconds.
Now let's prepare for a few cycles of pranayama breathing.
Inhale for four,
Hold for seven,
Exhale for eight.
Inhale for four,
Hold for seven,
And exhale for eight.
Let's repeat this one more time.
Inhale for four,
Hold for seven,
Exhale for eight.
Return back to your normal breathing and focus on the present moment.
Every day is a gift and we have to remember that we control the outcome of our day.
