You could be doing something else right now,

But you have taken the time to pour into yourself.

Thank yourself for showing up for you.

Pat yourself on the back or give yourself a few claps.

Greetings to my amazing meditators.

Thank you for joining me.

I'm delighted to guide you on your meditation journey today.

Think about your busy agenda or to-do list and allow your mind to roam for a few seconds.

Okay that's enough.

Now it's my time to take you on a journey.

Center your mind and focus on your breathing.

Give thanks for your lungs that help you breathe.

Breath is so vital,

Especially when meditating.

It helps us to stay focused and get back on track when our minds drift somewhere else.

So when you lose focus,

Come back to your breath.

Let's take three intentional inhalations and exhalations.

Breathe deeply through your nose and think about all the positive and wonderful things in your life.

And now exhale all the negative energy bottled up inside.

Let's repeat this two more times.

Breathe deeply through your nose and think about all the positive and wonderful things in your life.

And now exhale all the negative energy bottled up inside.

Last time,

Breathe deeply through your nose and think about all the positive and wonderful things in your life.

And now exhale all the negative energy bottled up inside.

Your mind should be clear and focused on the present moment,

The right now moment.

Many of us allow past situations to haunt us from time to time.

There's a constant battle going on in our head and we feel like we are going to lose it at any moment.

We become consumed with past situations daily and struggle to let them go.

We anxiously wait for evening to come so we can rest and find some peace.

But what we find is that the battle picks up from where it left off from the previous night.

How will you make it?

You ask yourself,

How do I show up for my child,

Children?

How do I go to work when I'm feeling defeated?

You continue to rewrite narratives and replay different scenarios thinking it will change the past.

However,

The past is just what it is.

The past.

It's time to release the past and live in the present moment.

You ask yourself,

How can I grow from that situation?

What was the lesson from my past?

How do I pivot for the better?

Beautiful souls,

What seems impossible is possible.

You have the power within you to rise above your past and live in the present moment.

Continue to breathe and allow your emotions to flow.

Don't chase the story.

Just let it come and breathe.

You are okay.

This is normal.

As you continue to breathe,

Listen and repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself or out loud.

I'm no longer a prisoner of my past.

My past doesn't own me anymore and I'm releasing it out of my soul.

I will learn to live in my current situation with purpose.

I'm pivoting in a new and promising direction.

I'm living in the now with a brand new attitude.

I'm using my story to empower other people.

I will never give up on me.

I take control of how I live and I will no longer dwell on the past.

Living in the now is what's important and when the battle tries to take over my mind,

I will breathe and pivot.

I'm determined to live in the present moment from this day forward.

Let those affirmations resonate to the core of your soul.

Meditators,

Thank you for meditating with me today and make your day awesome on purpose.
