Taking this sacred time for yourself.
I know how busy you are,
And so it's my dedication to you to maximize these next 30 minutes that we have together.
In every session,
We are going to be diving into the quantum field to shift the energy so that you can come back home to yourself and your personal transformation.
There's no right or wrong way to experience this.
Don't overthink it.
Just be present for the journey and be open to whatever it is that your experience is.
You might even want to grab a journal so that you can write down any insights or awareness that comes up along the way.
And know that whatever comes up is happening for you.
Breathe through any discomfort and know that it's only here so that we can honor it and release it together.

Let's begin.
Take another deep breath.
Bring your full awareness into this moment.
No matter what your day has been.
No matter what has been happening in your life.
This is your moment now.
To just put that aside.
And be present for yourself.
Allow yourself to gift this moment to yourself.
By being fully present.
And one of the best ways that we can be present.
Is by just breathing.
The simplicity of the breath.
In and out.
And following it.
And allowing our body to relax.
And allowing our mind to relax.
Deeper and deeper.
As we just follow our breath.
And as you fully come into this moment,
With yourself.
With me.
With all of us.
We're on this journey together.
Let us just extend gratitude.
For the sacred moment.
And the sacred journey.
That we have the privilege to walk together.
I thank you for being here.
I honor you wherever you are at.
And it is such a privilege.
To walk together.
Really feel that in your heart.
Feel the connection.
Of humanity.

Taking another deep breath.
Allow yourself.
To relax a little bit deeper.
As we sink into the core energy of today's journey.
Which is simply bringing neutrality.
To everything it is that you've been experiencing up until this moment.
And as you breathe.
Just allow your breath.
To neutralize your body.
There's nothing you need to do other than breathe.
Your mind does not need to contextualize it or it to be.
All you need to do is breathe.
Keep it simple.
And just breathe the breath of neutrality.
And as you breathe.
Are going to allow the breath.
To breathe into the unconscious mind.
This is where.
Anything that might have happened in life.
That maybe you still hold onto somewhere in your body.
Still exist.
And by simply allowing.
This energy to flow.
We're just bringing a natural order and peace into your life.
We're also allowing.
The body,
Mind and spirit.
To come together.
And create unity in your system.
The body plays an important role in this.
Your nervous system plays an important role in this.
Allow your breath and your body to naturally sink into.

Anywhere.
In your nervous system.
Where numbness exists.
This is a protective mechanism that our unconscious mind has created.
To protect us naturally.
And as you breathe.
Allow the neutrality to flow into the numbness.
It's a very subtle shift.
Because numbness and neutrality feel very similar.
At first feel.
Our body doesn't initially notice the difference and so the neutrality can easily flow away.
Into anywhere,
Our mind and body.
Has been protecting us.
By feeling numb.
By numbing our emotions.
The numbing our body.
And so as you breathe,
The neutrality really brings peace to these parts.
Because they don't have to feel numb.
And when you embrace neutrality.

It becomes the answer.
Or if we are neutral.
And the things that have caused us pain.
In the unresolved emotions.
In our thoughts.
In our experience.
If we invite in neutrality.
It gives a foundation for us to release.
None of us want to hold on to this.
None of us want to feel this.
But it seems like there isn't a way through.
And soul.
For so long.
The numbness has held its place.
For this moment.
Allow neutrality.
To take its place.
And that doesn't mean that.
It just washes everything away.
But rather give space to breathe.
You give space to move on.
You give space to release.
And for so many of us.
We feel the pressure and we just want to get over it.
We just want an overnight miracle.
And we forget that life itself is a journey.
Everything is a process.
And so really the answer is slowing down.
And just being present.
And just being neutral.
So this is the moment where.

We just spend this time together.
Breathing.
Being at ease.
The stories,
The emotions.
Whatever pain that you've been holding on to.
That itself isn't the focus.
It's just allowing the breath to take care of you.
Can you trust your body?
Can you trust your breath?
Simply take care of you.
It has been taking care of you all of these years.
It is what still gives you life.
Even through any complications.
You can trust yourself.
You can trust your breath.
And for the small man.
Just be.
With your breath.
There's nothing else you need to do.
Just breathe.
And you'll reach a moment where Your mind naturally wants to complicate things.
Over a thing.
Look for the answers.
Life itself gives us the answer,
Every day,
Through our experiences.
We've been taught to constantly go,
Go,
Go,
Analyze.
Overcomplicate.
And so really.

.
The answer is simplicity.
We forget that.
For all the times and the moments where we go and we hustle and we grind.
We also need rest.
And so this is that moment that you're gifting yourself.
Your body can just relax.
Where your nervous system can just feel safe.
As you breathe and it shifts out of the state of numbness naturally into neutrality.
Where you can build a foundation.
Because you're not in fear,
You're not in fight and flight.
Everything just is.
And so in this moment now on our journey.
I just really invite you into yourself.
Can you just be present with yourself and your breath?
Can you just trust your body and your breath to support you?
Can you release control?
Of having to force any energy,
Any outcomes.
And to just allow.
Yourself the peace of this moment.
That is the greatest gift.
And when you release that control.
More comes to you.
But that's not why we do it.
We release control and we gift ourself this moment.
Because authentically.
You deserve this moment.
You are again.
You deserve peace.
And so let that be what carries you forward.
As we just relax.
Into a moment of stillness now.
And when it is time for you to.
