I'm Shaman Jaylene and I'm going to be your guide today.
I'm so grateful that you are here.
It is my dedication to you to maximize these next 30 minutes.
I know how busy you are and how sacred it is that you are taking this time for yourself.
So let's take it to the next level together.
In every session we are going to be diving into the quantum field to transform your reality.
There is no right or wrong way to experience this journey.
It is uniquely yours.
So just be open to whatever it is that you experience,
Knowing that every step is a step forward into your transformation.
It's time to begin our journey today.
I want you to begin by just taking a really deep breath with me.
Just taking this moment to pause and shake off,
Breathe out,
And release all of the energy that is just weighing us down.
The day,
What people think,
How you feel,
What you think,
Just release it all.
As we come into this moment and just pause and just relax and just release the weight of the world as you just breathe with me,
As you just sigh with me,
Taking this moment to just connect with your breath and use your breath as an anchor and breathe and just relax with me.
As you just follow the rhythm of your breath and relax with me.
Deeper and deeper as you just listen to the sound of my voice,
As you just breathe and relax.
And just relaxing deeper,
Continuing to release the weight of the world,
Expectations,
Thoughts,
Judgments,
Negativity.
Just let it go.
For in this moment,
There is just this moment and it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.
It doesn't even matter what you think.
Release and just follow your breath.
For the breath is all that there is in this moment.
And we are just breathing.
We are just pausing.
We are just being present in this moment.
As present as all there is.
As you just relax and breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
Deeper and deeper.
Allow your breath to carry you through your heart chakra and your throat chakra.
Breathe in calm.
Breathe in peace.
Inner peace.
And allow your breath to nourish you,
To cleanse you,
To support you,
To balance you,
To ground you.
Just releasing even perfectionism to this practice.
And just showing up authentically present in your breath to the highest degree that you can.
Being grateful to yourself for being here,
For taking this moment for yourself.
For loving yourself.
We're just breathing and nourishing yourself,
Bringing life and regeneration to your entire body.
Cellular regeneration.
Cellular nourishment.
And it all begins with your breath.
It all begins with the first breath.
The breath of life.
The breath of peace.
The breath of love.
The breath of soul.
Breathing the breath of light as your body begins to glow,
Enlightening with growth.
Inner homeostasis.
Bringing nourishment to your body,
To your mind,
To your spirit,
To all of the elements within you,
To your soul and the universe.
Allowing this moment,
The breath of this moment,
As we take a deep breath,
As we breathe with the earth,
As we breathe with the universe.
And as you breathe,
Release all negativity.
Imagine a bubble around you.
A bubble around all of us.
Our container.
That protects us.
That nourishes us.
That brings peace to chaos.
Slows down this moment as you breathe.
And no matter what comes up,
Whether it's a thought or an emotion or a sensation,
Just sink back into your breath.
It's okay if you get carried away.
There's no judgment.
Nothing's wrong.
It's natural.
Gently refocus on your breath.
Feel gratitude for your breath.
Trust your breath.
As your breath nourishes you,
Trust yourself,
Trust the universe,
Trust this moment.
That this moment is our moment.
A sacred moment.
See a path.
A path opening up before you.
Beautiful,
Radiant.
Walk the path of beauty beyond these horizons into a new light.
Into new life.
Trust and be present in this moment as it carries you into the beautiful next moment.
Trust that all is well.
Trust that you are safe,
You are loved,
You are protected.
Look in wonder and inspiration at the beauty around you,
The path that you're walking,
Your walk of life.
Appreciate the beauty of your life,
Of this path that you walk.
As you walk through the gate of triumph,
Surrender what no longer serves you,
What it is time to leave behind.
As you walk your new path forward.
And as you just be and breathe,
Just allow yourself to surrender deeper.
This path is a path you have been calling forward and it is here.
Let go of all that no longer serves you.
Breathe in your self-worth,
A self-acceptance,
Self-forgiveness.
Allow your body to clear so that you can breathe in this new life into your body.
Surrendering into the mantra,
As I release,
You release.
As you release,
I release.
Remembering that our circle is journeying together.
Although we are on our own paths,
We are connected,
We serve a purpose.
We're each other too.
When we all surrender deeper,
We lift each other up.
We do it for each other because I want to see you win.
Breathing in that new life,
Breathing into any areas of tension,
Not pushing them away,
But just acknowledging them.
Tension isn't a bad thing,
It's normal.
Allow it to be.
It doesn't need to be released in order to be free.
It doesn't need to be released in order to choose the new path.
You just have to be able to witness it,
To accept it,
To not push it away and to not let it hold you back.
Choosing yourself,
Choosing your breath because you know that when you do,
When you are nourished,
When you are at peace,
Where your cup is overflowing,
That you are a better you.
That you are a higher version of yourself.
When you are nourished.
You nourish others when you nourish yourself first.
Breathe it in and embrace it.
Breathe it in and allow it.
To expand and overflow into your environment,
Into your life.
Nourishing those you love.
Nourishing the earth and the universe who stand with us.
And just allow yourself to breathe and be and flow with this energy as it supports you now.
As it nourishes you now.
And you just journey with your breath in this sacred space and when it is time for you to come back I will call you back.
But until then breathe and relax into your journey now.
Take a deep breath and begin to journey back in your breath to this present moment now where we are connected and where you are centered in your body.
Breathing life presence and awareness into every cell in your body.
Nourishing your body.
Filling up your entire body with all of the beautiful energy that surrounds you.
The love the peace the balance that surrounds you.
Reanimating your life your cells and allowing your body to light up and resonate as your presence returns to your consciousness to your body to your surrounding and you open your eyes and you stretch and you come back awake and aware in this present moment now so grateful for this moment that you gave yourself to just relax and replenish and walk in beauty to simply breathe and be alive and well and whole at ease in this now moment thank you for being a sacred part in this circle in our connection where we walked with each other supported one another in this sacred circle thank you for being a part of this sacred circle I am sending you so much love and gratitude in your journey forward journey on my friends
