Allow your eyes to flutter,

Soften,

Maybe even close.

Notice where your breath is.

Without force,

Allow your breath to steady,

To flow organically throughout your body.

Breathing in through the nose,

Traveling down your throat,

Filling your chest,

Expanding your lungs,

Your belly,

And gently release from the belly,

Your lungs,

Chest,

Exhaling out of the throat,

Releasing from the nose or mouth.

Continue to cycle through this breath,

Focusing on each part as it moves your body naturally,

Creating a sense of calm,

Tranquility.

Notice how your body takes it all in,

This mindful breathing,

Begging for it to pause in areas where it needs it most.

Begin to settle into your breath,

Whatever shape,

Whatever rhythm it chooses.

Slowly be aware of it moving.

Slowly begin to give your body permission to let go.

Let go of any strain,

Release any tension.

Simply rest.

Allow your muscles to soften,

Your bones settle into place,

Let your body grow heavy,

Rooting you in this space of serenity,

Grounding your vessel as your mind begins to explore.

Bring your thoughts to your toes,

Feel the energy start to trickle in,

Tingling into your pinky toes,

Your third toes,

Middle toes,

Second toes.

Feel this energy,

This light filling into your big toes,

Let this energy melt down the soles of your feet,

Sinking into your heels.

Invite this energy into your ankles,

Traveling the length of your shins,

Your calves,

Circling throughout your entire lower legs,

Building your foundation.

Bring this life into your knees,

Allowing this energy to form in your thighs,

Completely filling both of your legs.

Let your hips grow heavy,

Full of serenity,

Peace.

Begin to focus on this energy,

This light as it fills your belly,

Pouring into your heart space,

Creating more room for love,

Forgiveness,

Freedom.

Imagine this light carrying away all tension in your shoulders,

Passing down your biceps,

Your elbows,

Flowing through your forearms,

Wrists,

The palm of your right hand,

The palm of your left hand.

Let all negativity exit out of your fingertips,

Leaving your body,

Your vessel,

Void of anything that doesn't bring you happiness.

Rest your head heavy.

Allow this beautiful light to cradle your body,

Giving you this blissful time to take care of your soul.
