We're going to take a moment to do a body meditation,
Scanning your body for any sensation and speaking that sensation out loud.
We're going to start breathing in a slow,
Soft way,
Being aware of how the air goes all the way into your lungs and softening your body as you exhale.
Slow it down just a little bit and ask yourself,
What is alive in your heart right now?
There might come emotions,
Thoughts,
Sensations,
Welcome them all and ask yourself,
What's underneath this?
Ask yourself again,
What's underneath these sensations or emotions and what's underneath?
And one last time,
What's underneath?
And you're going to inhale with your mouth open and without leaving a space between the inhale and exhale,
You're going to exhale softly with your mouth open as well.
Continue at your own pace and with your next inhale,
Picture a beautiful ball of light inside of your heart center,
Which is the middle of your chest and with your exhale,
Picture this ball of light growing as a sphere in all directions.
Let it grow as it cleanses away the space in your heart,
As it fills it with light,
As it fills it with love,
As it transmutes the pain and opens a space for love and joy.
Take a deep breath,
You feel how this ball of light keeps growing into your body.
Place one hand on your chest and one on your womb and feel how both your womb and your heart are connected.
