As you settle into your space of rest,
Allow your body to relax,
Sinking deeply into the surface beneath you.
Feel the weight of the day melting away,
Leaving only calm and stillness.
With each breath,
You draw in a sense of peace,
And with every exhale,
You release tension,
Stress,
And worry.
The world around you fades into softness as you close your eyes and your awareness begins to drift toward the vast expanse of our beautiful universe.
I invite you to imagine yourself lying on a bed of soft,
Glowing,
Twinkling stardust high above the earth.
You are safe here.
The stardust feels cool and soothing against your skin,
Gently cradling you in its shimmering embrace.
You look up at the sky and see countless stars,
Twinkling like diamonds in the night.
Their light is reaching out to you.
It is inviting you to explore the mysteries of the cosmos.
With a deep,
Soothing breath,
You feel your body becoming lighter,
As if it's beginning to dissolve into the stardust itself.
You become aware of a gentle pull,
A light cosmic current that lifts you effortlessly off the stardust bed and guides you upward into the starry night.
You are floating now.
You are weightless and free.
Drifting away from the earth and into the vastness of space.
As you travel through the galaxy,
You are surrounded by the beauty and comfort of the universe.
Stars of all colors,
Brilliant blues,
Radiant reds,
And soft whites fill your vision.
Their light wrapping around you like a warm,
Cozy blanket.
You pass by swirling nebulas,
Their colors blending in ethereal patterns of purple,
Pink,
And gold.
These cosmic clouds seem to dance and pulse with life,
Whispering ancient secrets as you glide through their misty embrace.
Ahead,
You notice a planet unlike any you have ever seen.
It glows with a soft,
Inviting light.
Its surface is covered in fields of luminous crystals that sparkle like a thousand rainbows.
As you draw closer,
You can feel the gentle hum of the planet's energy.
A peaceful vibration that resonates with your very soul.
You are drawn to land here,
And as you do,
You feel your feet touching down on the smooth,
Glass-like surface of the crystal fields.
You begin to walk,
Each step producing a soft chime that echoes through the air,
Creating a symphony of serene music.
The atmosphere here is warm and comfortable,
Filled with a sweet,
Floral scent that relaxes your mind and body even more deeply.
It is reminiscent of lavender.
Above,
The sky is a deep indigo.
Filled with swirling galaxies and distant stars that seem to watch over you as if they are your guardians.
In the distance,
You see a path winding through the crystal fields,
Leading toward a glowing temple made entirely of light.
The temple pulses with a soft,
Welcoming glow,
And you feel a deep sense of peace and curiosity as you approach.
As you walk along the path,
You notice that the crystals beside you begin to softly hum.
Their tones are resonating in harmony with your steps.
It is as if this very planet is singing to you,
Welcoming you on this sacred journey.
The temple door opens with a gentle sigh,
Revealing an interior filled with soft,
Golden light.
You step inside and find yourself in a vast,
Open space where the walls seem to shimmer with the colors of the universe.
In the center of the room,
A large pool of liquid light glows softly.
Its surface is rippling gently as if it is alive.
You are drawn to this pool,
Feeling an explicable connection to it,
As if it holds the answers to the questions you have not yet asked.
As you kneel beside the pool,
You feel a sense of calm washing over you.
The light within the pool begins to swirl and shift,
Forming images that dance across its surface.
You see scenes of the universe unfolding before you,
Planets being born,
Stars exploding in bursts of light,
And galaxies swirling in a cosmic dance.
The images are mesmerizing,
And you feel as though you are witnessing the very heartbeat of the universe.
You reach out,
Gently touching the surface of the liquid light,
And immediately feel a wave of warmth and love radiating up your hand,
Up your arm,
And throughout your entire being.
Pure love.
The light flowing up your arm envelopes you in a cocoon of radiant,
Healing,
Abundant energy.
It is as if the universe itself is embracing you,
Filling you with a deep sense of connection,
Belonging,
And peace.
You feel whole,
Complete,
And at one with everything around you.
The light begins to shift again,
This time showing you images of your own life.
Moments of joy,
Of love,
And of growth.
You see yourself moving through these moments with grace and ease,
Guided by the same cosmic current that brought you here.
You understand now that you are always connected to this infinite energy,
This source of wisdom and light,
And that it is always there to guide you,
Even when you cannot see it.
As you watch these images,
You feel a deep sense of gratitude for all that you are,
And all that you have experienced.
The light within the pool seems to sense your gratitude,
Glowing even brighter in response.
You know that you can return to this place whenever you need guidance or comfort.
That this temple of light is always within you.
This is a part of your very own soul.
With this realization,
You feel the gentle pull of the cosmic current once again,
Lifting you from the temple and guiding you back along the path through the crystal fields.
The symphony of chimes plays softly as you walk.
Each note is a reminder of the peace and wisdom you have found here.
As you leave the planet behind,
Floating once more among the stars,
Feeling lighter than ever before,
Filled with a sense of calm and clarity,
You know that this journey has been a gift,
A reminder of the infinite possibilities that exist within you.
Slowly,
Gently,
The stars around you begin to fade,
And you find yourself drifting back toward the earth,
Safely,
Freely,
Peacefully.
You are returning to your body now,
Bringing with you the peace and the wisdom of the cosmos.
Feel your body once more,
Lying on that bed of sparkling stardust,
Grounded and at ease.
You are whole,
You are connected,
And you are deeply at peace.
As you take one last deep breath,
Allow yourself to drift into the peaceful embrace of sleep,
Knowing that you are always held by the light and love of the universe.
The stars will watch over you as you rest,
And when you awaken,
You will carry this cosmic peace with you into the waking world.
