Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Let your hands rest gently on your body or by your side.

And now just taking a moment to close your eyes.

Now taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Again,

Inhale deeply and exhale,

Letting go.

One more breath in and as you exhale,

Feel yourself softening into stillness.

Let your awareness gently settle into your heart space.

You are safe.

You are held.

You are exactly where you're meant to be.

Now either out loud or silently,

Speak these words,

I call upon the pure and sacred energy of Seishun,

The higher dimensional light that flows through all creation.

Let it rise through my field now,

Awakening remembrance,

Connecting me to my soul's knowing.

Feel this energy as a gentle golden light entering through your crown.

It flows softly into your body like warm silk,

Like sunlight on water.

It moves exactly where it is needed.

There is nothing you need to do,

Just allow.

Now imagine before you a temple of light.

It may be ancient,

Crystalline,

Otherworldly,

Trust what you see.

This is your sacred space,

Your inner temple.

As you step forward,

You enter a circular chamber,

Surrounded by 12 radiant pillars of light.

Each pillar shines with a unique energy.

Each holds a key,

A frequency,

A remembrance.

These pillars know you,

They welcome you.

Walk slowly to the center of the temple,

Breathing gently.

Now allow one pillar to draw you towards it.

There is no right or wrong.

Simply notice which one calls to you.

It may shimmer more brightly,

Or you may feel a pull in your body.

Trust what arises.

Walk towards the pillar,

Stand before it,

Feel its light pouring into you.

You may feel color,

Energy,

Memories.

You may receive symbols or whispers from your guides.

Just allow and let yourself be in communion with this pillar.

Allow it to share what it holds for you.

Stay here as long as you like,

Breathing,

Feeling and receiving.

When you feel ready,

Return to the center of the temple.

Bring your awareness back into your heart space.

Place your hands gently over your heart,

Feel your body,

Feel the light you now carry.

And repeat either inwardly or aloud,

Thank you pillar of light,

Thank you satium,

Thank you self.

I am a vessel of divine light and sacred remembrance.

I walk with grace and knowing.

Take a soft breath in,

Feel the room around you.

Begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers,

Moving your body gently.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Return with softness,

Return with light and know you are forever supported.
