Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting or standing,

Whatever feels most natural for you in this moment.

Allow your feet to rest flat against the earth beneath you.

Feel the quiet strength of the ground,

Steady and unwavering,

Holding you.

Close your eyes softly,

Take a slow deep breath in and let it all fall out of you with a long easy sigh.

Take another deep breath in and releasing it all the way out with a easy sigh.

Now,

In your mind's eye,

Imagine golden roots gently extending from the soles of your feet.

See them growing deeper and deeper into the rich nourishing earth below you.

Each breath you take sends your roots even further,

Anchoring you to the heart of the earth.

Feel the pulse of this connection,

Strong,

Steady,

Supportive.

Allow yourself to relax into this feeling.

Feel yourself anchored,

Feel yourself supported,

Feel yourself nourished by earth's endless love and wisdom.

Take another deep,

Grounding breath in and as you exhale,

Gently whisper to yourself,

I am grounded,

I am held,

I am safe.

I am grounded,

I am held,

I am safe.

Breathe in those words,

Let them settle into every cell of your being.

Feel the truth in them,

Feel yourself rooted,

Steady and protected.

Stay in this feeling for as long as you need,

Knowing that you are always connected,

Always supported,

Always safe.

And when you're ready,

Bring a gentle awareness back to the room and open your eyes,

Carrying this grounded peace with you into your day.
