Presence
This meditation is an invitation to rest in simple, embodied presence. By gently attending to the breath and to the unfolding of sensations, thoughts, and feelings, we reconnect with the living immediacy of this moment. As awareness opens, we begin to sense that experience is not happening to us, but within a vast field of presence. The body breathes, sensations arise and dissolve, thoughts come and go—while something deeper remains still, open, and aware. Rather than trying to change or improve anything, this practice invites a soft allowing. In this allowing, presence reveals itself as naturally intelligent, loving, and free. Resting as presence, we touch a dimension of being that is timeless and whole—a quiet ground of peace that is always available, here and now. Rosemary Merán: Voice and Meditation
