Close your eyes,
Feel the space around you.
Become aware of the spaces within you.
Allow yourself to rest here,

Allowing your thoughts to freely pass uninhibited,
Accepting hope,
Allowing them to do just what your thoughts like to do,
Rising up and then dissolving,
And in the effortlessness of this moment,
Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into your breath,
Noticing the silence that dwells between your in-breath and your out-breath.
Notice the gaps that widen as you place your awareness deeper inside yourself and notice the sense of presence deepening as you allow yourself to be here in this moment.
Notice how your breath strings together every single moment of your existence,
Connecting you with a larger current that flows in and out as you inhale and exhale.
Feel your body sitting or lying here.
Feel its energy running through you from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Feel your body deeper now.
From the outside in and from the inside out,
Your inner gaze turned within,
Scanning every part of you.
And as you scan,
Feel its magical simplicity and its incomprehensible complexity,
This miracle vehicle carrying all the protonic particles of existence.
Feel how your body works to sustain your vital energy.
Become aware of the intelligent force sustaining it,
Always working to keep a wholesome balance for you to experience life as yourself.
Feel your body even more.
Your body made of stardust,
Ignited with the same cosmic fire that causes big bangs and planetary movements and universal expansion.
The past and the present and the future merging within it.
You are a glorious symphony of time and space and stars.
You are the steps of the eternal,
Its voice so vast.
Through you,
Creation fulfills herself,
Breathing your breath as you breathe hers.
We as humans are at the helm of evolution,
Our planetary future dependent on us.
We experiment with nature,
Divine and human,
Mixing possibilities and probabilities,
Consciously and unconsciously,
Calling in the Godhead to come down and dwell within our hearts.
And so it is there,
Here,
At the center of your self,
The self that never,
Never dies.
The eternal dreaming you alive,
Boundless,
Manifested through the spark that guides you through your many days and your many nights.
Breathe it in,
Deeper in,
Layer by layer.
See what lies at the border of your heart.
Go ahead,
Take the leap.
Go beyond its edges,
Beyond the comfort of the known.
Dare to jump into this quest and find your treasure.
Allow your mind to penetrate the empty spaces that remain when all is gone except for one who lives in all.
Take a deep breath in now and realize your timelessness.
Who are you beyond your name and life?
Do not shy away.
Your responsibility lies within the recognition of who you are and what you came here to do.
For in your heart dwells that spirit,
That mighty one who put the planets into place and orbits around them creating rhythm and movement and sound,
Supporting all known and unknown life.
You are a portion of that infinity fulfilling itself in you.
Your time is now.
This is your turn around the sun.
Now hold this precious gift of life with sacredness,
Taking it in drop by drop,
Allowing it to flow down your spine and into all your nerve endings spreading throughout all of your body.
Gratitude enveloping you,
Meeting you from the outside in and from the inside out.
The mother of creation blessing you,
Blessing your heart,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit.
An outpouring of her unconditional love meeting you at the center of your being.
How do you experience this?
Breathe it in now,
Breath by breath,
Feeling all the love and all the joy and all the moments in the measure that you can contain,
Feeling at one with the earth and her gentle tilts.
Feeling like the sun with bright rays of light sustaining all the life around you.
Feel the nourishment of being here,
Sharing this lifetime with so many other beating hearts,
Feeling connected to each other one way or another and breathing in compassion for yourself and breathing out compassion for all beings,
Breathing in joy for yourself and breathing out joy for all beings.
Breathing in love for yourself and breathing out love for all beings on this planet right now with you and dwell here for a moment in silence.
Breathing in the beautiful and nourishing qualities that come as gifts,
A peacefulness so wide,
Expanding and merging with every cell and every organ and every part of your body.
Notice that there is no difference between you and this moment.
You are this mystery,
Unfathomable,
Endless.
As you remain present with your breath,
This knowingness intensifies within you,
Enveloping your body,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Enveloping this space around your body and then extending to the room you are in,
Then expanding to your home,
To your neighbor's home,
To the rest of your community,
Expanding it to the country you are in,
To the whole of the planet,
Into the vast corners of the universe and in all directions and dimensions of existence.
Breathe in as the mystery,
Vast and expanded and breathe out as the mystery.
