Welcome beautiful soul.

This is a space to soften,

To breathe,

And to come home to yourself in the midst of uncertainty.

If you're feeling lost,

Unsure,

Or simply tired of holding multiple thoughts,

This is for you.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes if that feels safe.

Gently place your hands over your heart space or whatever feels comfortable for you.

Allow this simple gesture to anchor you into safety in your own body.

Take a deep nourishing breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in deeply.

As you settle in,

Inwardly repeat this phrase,

I am safe to not know right now.

Let it land,

Let it move through your body like a warm wave.

You are safe,

Even here.

Now begin to visualize a golden light.

It starts as a soft glow in your belly,

Warm and comforting.

With every breath it grows,

Rising slowly up through your chest,

Expanding into your heart space,

Filling you with golden radiance,

Warmth and calm.

Let this light hold you.

You are safe,

You are held,

You are connected.

Ask your higher self,

Gently and openly,

What do I need to know about my path today?

No need to force it.

A word might come,

Perhaps a feeling,

An image,

Or soft gentle stillness.

Whatever arises,

Receive it with love.

It is enough.

You are enough.

There is no right answer,

Even silence is a response.

It means space is being made.

You are not behind,

You are becoming.

You are aligned with something greater than you can see yet.

Breathe here for a few moments.

Let your body feel the safety of this space.

Let the earth beneath you hold you.

Let your own breath remind you,

You are alive and for now that is enough.

Feel the support that's always been there,

Inside you and all around you.

When you feel ready,

Slowly begin to return.

Gently become aware of your breath again.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Invite a little movement into the body.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

You may want to take a moment to journal what came through during this meditation.

And even if it felt like nothing,

Trust that space is being cleared.

You are safe.

You are guided.

With love.
