You’ll be guided into a peaceful inner garden, a place of stillness where warm sunlight, soft natural sounds, and a flowing stream invite your nervous system to settle and reset. As you rest here, a golden light moves through the body, bringing balance, restoration, and a sense of inner steadiness. Any lingering worries are released with ease, drifting away like leaves carried downstream. We’ll close by setting a simple, meaningful intention, such as peace, resilience, or emotional balance, so you can carry this grounded state with you into the rest of your day.
