If your inner critic has been loud, or you’ve been struggling to feel on your own side, this is a gentle place to return. In this guided meditation, you’ll settle into the breath and soften the body, then bring your awareness to the heart space. You’ll be guided to visualize a warm, radiant light within you, a steady reminder that love and safety can be felt from the inside out. From there, you’ll reconnect with a memory of being loved and cherished, allowing your body to remember that feeling, not just your mind. You’ll then gently reflect on something you genuinely love about yourself, a quality, a strength, or a small act of kindness, and let that appreciation land. We’ll also work with compassionate self-talk and simple affirmations to help soften self-judgment and strengthen inner acceptance. You’ll close with gratitude for showing up, and a sense of tenderness you can carry with you into the rest of your day. Remember that you are worthy of your own care.
