This meditation will guide you towards embracing your true essence,
Fostering a serene and
loving relationship with yourself.
So getting yourself comfortable before allowing your eyes to close and just take a moment
to settle into here and now,
In this present moment.
Allow your body to relax,
Letting go of any tension or tightness.
Bring a conscious deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release any worries or distractions
from your mind.
So inhale deeply and exhale slowly and gently.
There is no need to rush.
On your next out-breath,
Bring your attention to your heart center.
Visualize a soft radiant light residing within your chest.
This light represents the unconditional love that exists within you,
Waiting to be acknowledged
and nurtured.
With each inhale,
Imagine this light growing brighter and expanding,
Filling your entire
body with warmth and tenderness.
So just take a moment to breathe in and imagine this light growing brighter and expanding
within you.
The more you breathe,
The more it grows.
The more you exhale and release,
The more space you make.
Allow this light to dissolve any self-judgment,
Criticism or negativity that you may be holding
onto.
As you exhale,
Release any remaining doubts or fears,
Allowing them to dissipate into
the surrounding space.
As you bask in the gentle glow of self-love,
Bring to mind a memory or an image of yourself
where you felt truly loved and cherished.
It could be a moment from childhood or a recent experience.
Take a moment to feel the warmth and joy that accompanies this memory and allow it to permeate
every cell of your being.
Allow yourself to fully embrace the love that was present in that moment.
Picture the setting,
The people involved and the expressions of love that were exchanged.
Notice the sensations in your body as you reconnect with this memory.
Maybe you feel a soft warmth in your chest or a gentle tingling in your fingertips.
Just take a moment to embrace these sensations as physical manifestations of the love that
was present in that moment.
And I invite you to also feel the love wrapping around you,
Like a comforting embrace,
Soothing
any lingering doubts or insecurities.
Know that you are deserving of this love and that it is always accessible within you.
Now take a moment to bring to mind something that you genuinely love about yourself.
Could be a quality,
A talent,
A personal achievement or even a simple act of kindness that you
have shown towards others or yourself.
So just allow this aspect of yourself that you are genuinely in love with to come into
focus and allow the feeling of love and appreciation for this part of you to wash over you.
Embrace it fully,
Knowing that it is a unique and beautiful aspect of who you are.
Feel a gentle warmth expanding within your heart as you acknowledge and celebrate this

Allow it to radiate throughout your entire being,
