Just great! I slept better, deeper rest, and returned to sleep quickly after waking once. Will try tonight with phone just outside my bedroom where I usually keep it at night. Put phone outside my bedroom afterwards and rested well an hour longer, having begun this recording as wind down help an hour before actually ready to sleep. You weren't kidding, stay tuned for more recordings, dozens more I found yesterday!
