Meditation Timer OnlineNina started her spiritual quest after the loss of her mother in 2015. Since then, she has offered emotional and healing support to hundreds of people. Her aim is to touch as many hearts as she can and assist them to live a more meaningful life, one filled with love, happiness and peace. Nina is a great believer that we hold everything within ourselves to heal. Her calm, gentle and loving approach allows individuals to open up to what is holding them back from achieving their deepest desires, whether this is work related or personal, sometimes, we just need a gentle nudge that can be supported through a single Reiki healing session and/or self-care practices, including meditation.
