So nice,
Deep,
Gentle breath all the way through your feet.
And Take a moment to acknowledge yourself and bring gratitude to yourself.
For your willingness to be uncomfortable.
For your willingness to get uncomfortable,
Because all of you have it.
You have all exhibited it.
I've seen you all be willing to do it.
Because it's that willingness,
It's that willingness to be uncomfortable and not abandon yourself in that moment.
To get uncomfortable.
And to stay with you.
Through it.
That is your willingness.
To experience love.
Those are the same willingness.
So every time that you're willing to.
.
.
Feel something in yourself that shakes you a little bit every time you're willing to feel something in yourself that you go.
I didn't know that was there.
I thought I healed that 15 times already 10 years ago.
Whatever,
Right?
Every time that your openness,
Your curiosity,
Your honesty exceeds your need to defend your identity.
That is your willingness to love.
So the willingness to feel that thing that you thought you whatever,
Whatever,
Whatevered is an act of love.
Versus the act of fear and insecurity that says,
Oh no,
No,
No,
No,
I'm fine because I already took care of that.
It's an act of love.
It's an act of love,
So take another nice deep breath and let yourself acknowledge and be grateful to yourself.
For every time that you've been willing to do that,
Every time that you've been willing to remain open and true and honest with yourself.
Through discomfort.
Through pain,
Through fear,
Through anger,
Through powerlessness,
Through grief,
Through pride.
That's your willingness to love.
That's your willingness to be what you actually are.
And so the more you deepen that capacity,
In yourself,
That willingness,
That curiosity,
That openness.
Then that starts to spread out.
And initially,
You might think that it feels uncomfortable of like,
Oh my God.
Oh,
Well,
Wait a minute.
I didn't know.
I didn't know.
So many things were so uncomfortable.
Maybe I'd rather not know.
Maybe I'd rather not look.
But the maybe I'd rather not know,
Maybe I'd rather not look is.
In essence,
Maybe I'd rather not.
Open my capacity for even more.
Love.
And again,
If you're still drawing that separation between individually and collectively,
I'm talking about all of it.
If the separation is there,
Then I'm talking about either one,
Both.
So just breathing into that.
Because that's what it is to live love every day.
Is to be willing to prioritize that continuous ever-expanding openness.
That gives you greater and greater access in every breath to more and more of the infinite love that you are,
That is never finished.
That there is no end to,
That you never get to say,
You did right.
And that you never get your gold star and that upsets the mind and the ego.
And that's okay because you love them anyway.
Love already loves them anyway and holds them in the deepest love.
A love that is so greater than a sash at a finish line,
Or a gold star of completion.
So give your mind,
Give your ego permission to be embraced in that love,
To relax into that love that is so much sweeter and so much greater.
Than what they are seeking through an identity of having finished,
Having done it right,
Having gotten to the end.
Because the infinity of love.
Is.
.
.
Is beyond words so much sweeter.
Than what that search is for.
Than what that is hoping to accomplish.
So you can let them both off the hook.
Of trying to get there,
Of trying to reach whatever they're trying to reach,
Of trying to maintain.
Whatever they're trying to maintain,
Of trying to defend whatever they're trying to defend.
Because all of that attainment,
Maintenance,
And defense.
Are all in service to.
Well,
Then I'll get that whatever.
The actual love is greater than.
Deep breath into the base of your spine.
Letting part of your attention rest there and allowing your breath to move.
Up and down your spine,
Up and down that central column of your body.
Letting your breath move and flow freely.
Letting each cell and all of the space soften.
With your breath.
The holy night Oh my Jesus Oh,
Why not?
Why not?
Whoa-oh-oh Hop on a nine to eight.
When I hear you Ho yi yi yi yi yi yi yi yi yi yi yi yi yi yi Oh Naya,
Oh Naya Nui Ia.
Are you awake?
Away.
.
.
Nui nana eo.
Vroom,
Vroom.
Have a nice,
Full,
Deep,
Gentle,
Gentle breath.
All the way through the bottoms of your feet.
And letting it linger there a moment underneath your feet,
Letting it just pool there.
Letting it spread out and soften.
And strengthen.
In that space.
And there's a space through your heart and your body.
There's still a lot of movement here.
So let's just give yourself Um.
.
.
Space as that continues to open,
As that continues to rearrange,
Recalibrate.
And then as it softens and ripples.
Through everything.
And bringing a nice breath right into the bottom of your belly.
And letting it really just rest.
Rest in that place between your hip bones.
Circulate around.
There we go.
This is it.
Letting that breast circulate and swirl around.
In that bowl between your hip bones.
And then letting that settle,
Letting it settle,
Letting it settle.
Ah,
Now that's the stuff.
All right,
So now one more overall breath.
Wiggle those toes and fingies,
Rub your hands together,
Stretch,
Do a little dance.
Let this settle in in your body.
So that it's easier for you to carry it forward.
Bring it into each breath.
Live it in your life.
And let your joy,
Let your delight.
Bring you forward.
