This is a short and gentle morning meditation to start your day. I'll guide you through waking up gently, noticing how your mind and body are feeling. We'll use those as a guide to set the tone for the day. And then we'll move to sparking joy and gratitude as you begin this brand new day. Finally we'll end with an invitation to stay open to the possibility of surprise today. Recorded in the early morning in my garden with a background of birds (including rather loud cockatoos at times!). Recorded in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, Victoria, Australia.
