What This Track Helps With: Easing physical tightness and anxiety in the chest and shoulders. Regulating an overstimulated nervous system. Shifting from a state of fight or flight to stable resilience. Managing sudden emotional triggers or situational overwhelm. This track utilises evidence-based Somatic Grounding and Nervous System Regulation techniques. Through gentle breathwork (including extended, sighing exhales), supportive self care, and body-awareness anchoring, you will learn to make space for heavy emotions without being consumed by them. Guided by a gentle, soothing vocal delivery and accompanied by the expansive, uplifting resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, traditionally used in sound healing.
