I have designed this sound bath to combine the healing sounds of Tibetan bowls along with the soft pitter-patter of falling rain to not only help you fall asleep faster, but stay asleep longer throughout the night. Pairing this one with some slow, deep, intentional breathing as you settle in to bed helps give your body that signal and intent to release more natural melatonin in your system and overtime help create a routine that doesn't require any extra sleep aids.
