Welcome.

Thank you for being here and for choosing to make yourself a priority today.

This is your mandala card of the day,

A gentle pause to breathe,

Reflect,

And explore.

Before we begin,

I invite you to have a journal or a blank page ready nearby,

Along with a pen.

This session includes time for journaling.

For now,

Allow yourself to settle in.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to figure out,

Just this moment and this breath.

Let's begin by settling into this moment fully.

Gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Let your hands rest wherever they feel at ease.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

Counting softly to four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And gently exhale through your mouth for six.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Again,

Inhale slowly for a count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale fully for six.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing tension that you no longer need to carry.

One more time,

Breathing in steady and calm.

And breathing out long and soft.

Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Notice the quiet space you've created.

Notice that you are here,

Now,

Fully present and aware.

And from this grounded place,

We'll move into today's reflection.

The theme for today is happiness.

Happiness is often quieter than we expect.

It doesn't always arrive as a grand event or milestone achieved.

More often,

It's found in the small,

Ordinary moments.

The way the light falls across the room.

A warm cup in your hands.

A genuine laugh that catches you by surprise.

Happiness thrives when we slow down enough to notice it and appreciate the moment that we're in.

When we give ourselves permission to pause instead of rush.

To savour instead of scroll.

To appreciate instead of postponing joy for some other day.

It's easy to believe happiness is something that we earn after everything is done.

But happiness is available now.

In simple sparks.

In simple moments.

A kind message.

A favourite song.

A deep breath.

A shared smile.

When you intentionally look for something each day that makes you laugh or brings you joy,

You train your mind to see what's good.

You begin to notice beauty that's always there.

And those small sparks?

They matter.

Because even the smallest light can brighten an entire room.

Happiness does not require perfection.

It simply asks for attention.

And today,

You can choose to welcome it.

To allow it in.

Now I invite you to turn inward and explore this theme more deeply through journaling.

The journal prompt today is what small moment today brought me even a hint of joy?

And how can I create more space for that feeling?

Allow your thoughts to flow without editing or judgement.

Simply let whatever wants to be expressed come onto the page.

It's time to wrap up your journaling and bring this to a close.

As we come to the end of this practice,

I invite you to place one hand gently on your heart.

Take a slow breath in.

And a soft breath out.

I'll share an affirmation now.

You're welcome to repeat it silently or out loud.

Allowing the words to land in your body.

I allow happiness into my life.

I allow happiness into my life.

I notice the beauty of small moments.

I notice the beauty of small moments.

Joy is available to me today.

Joy is available to me today.

Even the smallest spark can light my world.

Even the smallest spark can light my world.

Mmm,

That feels good.

Bringing that affirmation to a close,

The final breath.

Feeling grounded,

Supported,

And fully present.

Thank you for giving yourself this time today.

Carry this calm and intention with you as you move throughout your day.
