A somatic healing session for women carrying a difficult birth experience. Whether your trauma is recent or years old, this practice meets you where you are. Birth trauma does not live only in memory. It lives in tight hips, a guarded chest, a jaw that never fully unclenches. Through a guided body scan, you will locate where that experience is still being held, and through breath, begin to help it move. The session covers how the nervous system stores overwhelming experiences, followed by a full somatic body scan from feet to skull, and three breathwork techniques, including the physiological sigh, clinically shown to reduce acute stress faster than any other breathing method. This practice does not ask you to relive what happened. It asks only that you show up and breathe.
