Hello and welcome.
My name is Paige Lee.
We'll be moving through a breathing exercise called the four,
Five,
Six breaths.
This is wonderful for bringing regulation to the nervous system.
To provide a sense of peace and connection.
A moment to re-center and re-ground.
Breath has a fabulous way of energizing but also cleansing.
And releasing.
Feel free to lean on this.
At any point throughout your day you're looking for.
A little reset.
With the four,
Five,
Six breath,
I'll walk you through all of it.
We will inhale for four.
Hold for five.
And exhale for six.
Optional add-on is to bring the hands to the rib space,
The outside of the ribs,
So that you physically can feel the hands expand with every inhale.
And feel the ribs contract with every exhale.
If that feels like too much on the shoulders,
Then that's okay,
You can leave it out.
Take a big breath in here to prepare.
Then open mouth,
Exhale,
Let it go.
We'll take an inhale for four.

Any moment throughout your day when you need a quick check-in,
A quick release,
Whether in your car,
At the grocery store.
When you're standing in line anywhere.
When you're in a meeting.
When you're talking with your kids or your spouse.
When you're in the restroom.
I wish you a beautiful rest of your day.
Thank you.
