So this is a full moon meditation.
And you can listen to this meditation and do this meditation.
In the days leading up to full moon,
And on full moon itself.
This recording is taking place during full moon.
So enjoy.
Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes and just become acquainted.
With this body that you are in become acquainted with these hands that you have Feel the physical sensations.
With your legs of your thigh muscles.
Of your belly,
Stomach of your chest Heart Lungs.
Of your shoulders.
Arms,
Elbows.
Hands.
Cultivate more and more awareness into the hands.
The hundreds and hundreds of nerve endings in the palms of your hands.
Move your awareness into the next.
The throat The jaw.
The face and the head Inhale into the entire body now.
Exhale out of the entire body now,
Head to toe.
Inhale through the entire body.
Exhale through the entire body.
One more inhale through the entire body.
Exhale through the entire body.
And keep the breath slow and steady.
You're not trying to rush to the next inhale.
And you're not trying to rush towards the next exhale.
Now in this time,
Leading up to full moon.
Our emotional density is a lot more active.
Exposed.
So we need to honour that now.
Make contact.
With your stress Any emotions in your chest,
Perhaps?
Any lingering feelings of grief,
Sorrow And I'd like you to take your breath.
And connect the breath with the dense emotions.
The moon itself draws these emotions up The moon itself.
Wants you to experience.
These dense emotions.
So in this moment,
Your job is to feel them.
And breathe into them.
And as you do that,
I'm here to say.
Well done.
This is what needs to happen.
Keep going a little longer.
Soften the muscles around the density.
Around the stress.
You're doing a great job.
And relax.
Let go of the emotion now.
You don't need to hone in on it.
And if you continue to feel it,
That's also absolutely fine.
What we will do now is Let's connect with energy or idea of the sun.
We have the moon.
Which draws out the density,
Which pulls up.
To the surface,
All of the density.
Like the waves of the ocean on the tide.
And then we have the sun.
The constant powerful dissolving heat You are the sun.
In this moment.
You are the light,
The shining presence.
The dissolving presence.
And everything you illuminate is healed.
Is transformed.
You are golden.
Yellow.
Flames of the sun.
And all of this emotional density that has risen.
You illuminate it.
The moon has done its job.
And you have done your job as the sun.
You may feel immediate relief.
But you also may not feel immediately relieved.
That's absolutely fine.
And normal.
Take one more inhale.
One more exhale and gently open the eyes.

And for honouring the emotions and the density.
