Hello and welcome to the Spiritual Growth and Alignment Mindfulness Series number 5.
Find a nice quiet space,
Free from interruptions or distractions.
You can sit or lay down.
If you are sitting,
Place your feet flat on the ground,
Your hands on your legs with your fingertips at your knees.
Take a nice deep breath in and gently release.
Now slow the breath down and count to five on the in-breath.
And then release for a count of five.
Bring your awareness into the breath and to your body.
Notice how the body responds to the breath as it relaxes.
Drawing that oxygen deep in,
Allowing it to sweep away all energies not needed.
And when you are ready,
You say to yourself,
To love,
To light and to healing energies.
Mind,
To love,
To light and to healing energies.
I am aligned to love,
To light and to healing energies.
Allow yourself to connect with the love,
The light and the healing energies of the universe.
Letting them swirl in and around you as they embrace you and hold you with safety and nurture.
And with every breath that you breathe deeply in and out,
You breathe in love,
You breathe in light and you breathe in healing energies.
And say to yourself again,
I am aligned to love,
To light and to healing energies.
I am aligned to love,
To light and to healing energies.
Breathing deeply in love,
Light and healing energies.
And say to yourself again,
I am aligned to love,
To light and to healing energies.
I am aligned to love,
To light,
To healing energies.
I am aligned to love,
To light and to healing energies.
Bringing your awareness now back to the breath into your body.
Allowing yourself to become more aware of the now moment.
Wiggle your toes and your fingers,
Stretch your arms and your legs,
Open your eyes.
And just sit in the now moment until you are ready to move on with your day.
