Hello and welcome to the Spiritual Growth and Alignment Mindfulness Series,
Number 4.
Find a nice comfortable space where you won't be disturbed,
It's free from interruptions.
You can sit or lay down.
If you are sitting,
Make sure your feet are flat on the ground and your hands rest gently on your legs with your fingertips at your knees.
Take a nice deep breath in and release,
And then again a nice deep breath in and release.
Now slow the breath down,
Breathe deeply to a count of 5 and out for a count of 5.
Continue to slowly and deeply breathe to the count of 5 in and out.
Drawing your awareness to the breath and to how your body responds.
And when you are ready,
Say to yourself,
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
Feel the energy of the universe swirling in and around you.
Feeling the trust in the universe and that energy beginning to assimilate deeply.
And then say to yourself again,
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
Continue to breathe in and out to the count of 5 and say to yourself again,
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
Feeling the body responding to the words and to the breath.
Feeling clarity begin to wash over you as you recognize all those energies of trusting in the universe.
Beginning to filter down,
Surrounding you,
Washing over you and through you,
Aligning you with your higher self.
And now bringing your awareness back to your body and to your breath.
Breathing deeply in and out gently.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Stretching your legs and your arms.
Drawing your attention back into the now moment.
Ready to move on with your day.
Thank you for joining me.
Have a wonderful,
Wonderful day.
