Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.
Draw your awareness into the space around you and notice any sounds you may hear or any sensations you may feel.
Begin to notice your breath relaxing deeper and deeper with every exhale.
Imagine a beautiful white line connecting each of your chakras,
Extending downward into the core of the earth and rising upward connecting you to source.
Begin this aligned space of awareness,
Allow insights to surface,
Allow clarity to channels through your being.
Now ask yourself,
What do I tell myself consciously or subconsciously to keep me bound in fear?
What phrases do I use to tear myself down,
To convince myself that I am unworthy of what I desire?
What false truths have I erected in my mind to keep me from even seeing all of the opportunities surrounding me?
How do I get in my own way?
In what way am I my biggest enemy?
Now that you are aware of your self-sabotaging tendencies,
Of any limiting beliefs that may be keeping you locked in a place you do not want to be,
This is the time to rewrite those stories.
This is the time to step up as the authority over your emotional well-being.
As you hear the following affirmations,
Repeat them out loud.
Pour your emotional enthusiasm and energy into these phrases.
Mean them.
Notice the ones that make you uncomfortable.
This is your roadmap as to what themes your soul is asking for you to heal.
Let's begin.
Repeat after me.
I am love.
I am light.
I am not bound by time.
I have enough time for everything I want to do.
The past,
The present,
The future flow through me and are one.
I am both a spiritual being and a physical being.
I am supported.
I have purpose.
I am safe,
Secure,
And protected.
I am courageous.
I am so needed here on this earth.
I am pure,
Just as I am.
I am creative.
I celebrate my unique curiosities and passions.
I am enough,
As I am.
I am abundant.
I allow space for my emotions.
I am so beautiful inside and out.
I am intimately connected with myself and my sexuality.
The universe is constantly sending me support.
I constantly receive guidance from my spirit team.
I am worthy of having my deepest desires.
Reflect over the phrases you just repeated and note any that stand out to you.
Which ones did you have trouble saying?
Which ones were easy to say?
Which ones still linger in your mind now?
As you awake from this meditation,
Allow yourself the space and time to reflect.
Follow up with any insight you may have received and continue your inner healing journey.
Slowly begin to wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
And open your eyes.
